Stefanie refused to refund money, because it was past 30 days. We complained before 30 days, but we didn't take streamer back because they never requested it and never tried to fix the problem. She told us to sinc his TV though support. After an hour of being on support. trying to sinc his TV...They finally agreed that it needed to be replaced! All we want is a refund for the streamer that does not work...and make his hearing aids work so he can hear his TV. Very disappointed in them. Sadly we actually sent other people there.
