Nicholas's worker was doing all the work while Nicholas and I were talking. I thought Nicholas was a very nice young man who seemed to know his business. It turned out there were a lot more sprinkler heads needing some repair and I believe a pipe needing repair. During the time his worker was doing the work, Nicholas spoke to me about putting my sprinkler system underground. While I think it is a good way to go, I plan on selling my home and I don't wish to add additional items to an already updated everything. After 2 to 2.5 weeks of getting the sprinkler system worked on, I found while checking each and every head that many of the heads were not working. I was so dismayed that this was the case. I called Nicholas and told him what I found. It was obvious that some of the heads had been worked on because of course I remembered as his worker moved from one to another. He said it would be a service call. I said no it shouldn't be a service call because your company supposedly fixed all sprinkler heads needing repair. I sent a text to Nicholas on June 22 asking Nicholas to PLEASE HELP ME because some of the heads were not working and my plants, shrubs, flowers were not getting any water except from me as I was watering with a hose I sent another text to Nicholas on July 14 and another on July 31. The gist of both texts was for help and I told him I would be writing a not positive review. Never received any communication at all. I was so disappointed. I knew he was having his first child and I was really happy for him in building a business and he seemed so honest and trustworthy. What a disappointment.

Recently installed pavers caused some of the existing underground pipes to fail because they'd been hit by paver workers digging, but these guys addressed and resolved the issues. The controller seems relatively easy to set up a regular scheduled watering program with a manual over-ride especially for newly applied grass seed. Since the controller is a wi-fi operation, it also recognizes and self adjusts when rain is in the forecast. Kyle was patient explaining the features of the controller. I was very impressed watching these guys work as a team, resolving difficulties with the install and finalizing the project.
