Once they had me in their system, they started contacting me in advance to schedule the test each year, which I really appreciate since the city notice doesn't usually give a lot of turnaround time. This year the city surprised me by sending the notice a month early, and I was on vacation when the notice came. This left me with just over a week before it was due. I contacted 5 Star Backflow Services and they were able to do the test just a couple days later. After the test they always send the report directly to the city within 24 hours. I had another company who dug up the backflow valve and showed that rainpros disconnected half my irrigation system and were clearly responsible. Now I am waiting on Tim Buiten to grow a spine take fault, instead of just my money. Don't let this shady company take your money.
