There are no handicap spots to park in and the door is not automatic. They really need to hire more employees because both times I went in, I waited around for 5-10 minutes before someone acknowledged me and helped me. One employee was more concerned about helping the people calling on the phone than actually helping the customers standing in the store. When I picked up the equipment that I rented, the gentleman who helped me was very kind and made sure it was adjusted to my height. He even loaded it into my car for me. When I dropped it back off however, the woman who helped me took the equipment out of my trunk without even closing my trunk and left me standing outside on my crutches informing me I had to go back inside to sign off on the return. Again, an issue considering I was on crutches and they do not have automatic doors. The only reason I returned the equipment early is because I found a better scooter for free to complete my two months of non weight bearing. The equipment they provided was heavy and the breaks didn't work. It was a struggle to fold up and load into the car whenever I took it anywhere. The seat was stained and cracked. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I definitely won't be a repeat customer. The only positive I can say is that the store is clean and the staff is friendly once they decide to actually help you.

However, it has been a nightmare ever since. I started with them in the Spring 2026. In fact, my original order was delayed. I paid my deductible in cash on March 13. On April 7, I still had not received supplies. Re-supplies were supposed to be provided every 90 days. Today, after multiple phone conversations with manager at You Can in Louisville and S3 representatives, I am still getting the runaround. S3 apparently has a contract with You Can to provide re-supplies to Colorado clients. But communication between the two seems to be lacking as S3 is asking for medical documentation that was provided to You Can just a few months ago to receive my CPAP machine! And, while my agreement is with You Can--not with S3, their arrangement is with You Can--You Can is essentially blowing me off. I literally spent an hour and 27 mins on the phone with an Alpine Medical staff member this morning trying to get my re-supplies. She was wonderful, but couldn't resolve the issue. I am exhausted!!! (Alpine Medical in UT and ID is owned by Caddis Capital Management in Draper, Utah, which also owns You Can Medical in Colorado. Apparently S3 is also owned by Caddis.) So, at this point, my next steps are BBB, CO State AG and DORA (if You Can is even registered... ) I appreciate that medical supplies are big business given aging Baby Boomers. How about providing ethical, transparent, responsible customer service while you're benefiting from Medicare dollars. (After initially typing this review, I finally got a Medicare representative involved: three-way call with an S3 staff member, which started with a You Can manager... )

Pros: Timely text reminders when prescriptions are ready. Very fast turn around time for filling…read moreorders. Short hold times when calling to speak with pharmacy staff. Cons: Genuinely the worst pharmacy experience we've had in over 15 years of filling meds, and I think we kept trying only because of how absurd it was. My doctor had picked this pharmacy to send my meds as it was local and he saw it had the best ratings. First prescription that was sent it was no problem, super quick fill and the person my husband spoke to was incredibly helpful and kind and they were able to fill another one right then and there.  Third prescription that was sent in, we received a text that it was on back order with no ETA. It's a daily med but we're used to it being out of stock some months. I called to check if they knew if this would be a longer back order (if so, I could try elsewhere) or if they could tell me alternatives to try. Melanie said she didn't know when it would be available, very short, no concern or any helpful guidance. But ok, that's fine we can wait. 4 days go by and I call again to check if in stock or if I should try and transfer. Melanie again, did not ask my name or medication I needed, only cut me off to say any transfer has to be initiated by the other pharmacy. Alright. I call my other pharmacy and they very nicely explain that unfortunately it can't be transferred. They (CVS) are nice, understanding, express concern and overall helpful. At this point I'm just hoping I can either try an alternative or have a way of knowing my prescription will be filled, my doctor has been communicative and willing to send a substitute prescription. I call and get Melanie again. Very short and borderline rude at this point, I assume she remembers my last call and is annoyed. Fair, I'm annoyed as well. I explain the situation and ask if an alternative med is in stock, but only the brand is. It ends up being $400 for a 30 day supply which is insane as the usual price for my other med is around $35. You would think Melanie would mention the potential for such a high price discrepancy. Maybe I'm the problem though, so my husband volunteers to go in for me to ask them to return the other med to stock and make sure they will be able to fill either prescription for generic when they come in. At this point it's been over a week since I'm out of medication, which is rough. Melanie tells my husband, loudly and from behind the counter, before even saying hi or anything, "I already told her we only have Brand in." Wow. My husband accepts this and asks if they will let us know when they can fill medication, acknowledging it may be another week or more. Melanie tells him they have no way of tracking out of stock medication, that she would have to check my profile daily and they don't do that. She advises best bet is to fill at a chain store or call in every few days to check if it's in. At no point in any of these interactions with Melanie did she express any kind of understanding for missed doses, try and help find an alternative, offer to call any other branch of GoodDay or literally offer anything but annoyance at having to deal with me and my husband.

In November 2025, they replaced a hand brake cable that had broken. I was charged $40 in labor and nothing for parts as the limited five-year warranty for the cable was in effect. Less than two months later the same cable broke. When I called to ensure that they could fix it today if I brought it in, I was told that I would have to pay for parts and labor since the warranty only covers one repair per walker. That detail was not stated in my warranty information. I was transferred to the owner and was told to bring it in, and he could see what he could do. Upon arrival at the store, the owner came out of his office, made no eye contact, did not speak, and took the walker. As he was departing, I said that I had a question about the warranty. He replied, "I told you I would cover it." I said that my husband has severe MS and relies heavily on the walker. My intention was to try to understand what is and isn't covered by a warranty for a vital piece of equipment. I asked what a limited warranty covers. His reply was, "Whatever I decide to cover. If you drill out the hand brake, I won't cover it." I said that was not the case, and that we had not tried to repair the walker. He walked away with no further words. When I returned to pick up the repaired walker, I was told there would be no charge. The owner brought out the walker, asked me to test the brake, which I did and then he walked away. There was no apology. I purposefully purchased this walker from a local business, even thought it was much cheaper on Amazon. However, my experience with Mobility and Me demonstrated that they are all in on the sales, and don't want to deal with issues related to broken equipment. For people who are caring for disabled people who rely on equipment to live, this is the opposite of the type of experience we should receive.
