The length of the class was about 2.5 hours of incredible Pasta making and Pasta filling and shaping. Chef for the class was Chef Nunzio from Naples, Italy. Chef Nunzio was simply amazing. He has great charisma and is extremely talented. He took the time to explain the process, to make contact with each one of us at the class and to guide you as needed. Who knew that making pasta would be so much fun. We made Papardelle from scratch with a mushroom ragu and also ravioli stuffed with truffle oil flavoured ricotta-parmesan mix. (This was heaven in a spoon) Also created a small salad appetizer to let the pasta dough rest after the knitting process, with a simple yet delicious citrus vinaigrette. Ohhhh.... it is a BYOB kind of a deal that I didn't know about... So feel free to bring a nice bottle of wine to drink and share as others kindly did since I didn't bring any.
