When I arrived at the store to collect it, he refused to hand over the order and instructed that I mark the order as "received" in the app first -- which is completely inappropriate. What made it even more ridiculous was that he then demanded that I stand inside the store and wait for the order status to update. Even after DoorDash called the store directly and told him to release the order to the customer, he still refused. After hanging up, he used extremely rude and insulting language toward the DoorDash representative.
