Insane beer selection at this location. I'm finding things like Kern, Altamont, Melvin, things I can't even find at my other local bodegas even. Best part, fresh dates! I can actually taste hops that haven't gone rancid for once from seasonals that are actually current. If they ever get Russian River it's over for every other place for me!! read more

Thank you for following up. My issue is that not ALL your stores go by this policy. I have never heard this before and this must be at a Managers discretion to decide to price match fully. I actually went to the Los Angeles location last weekend and they fully price matched as well. I would not recommend this location due to the selective customer service. read more

this is not to disparage employees that work for bevmo. Bevmo actually has good alcohol and wine I spend a lot of time working in this location. i used to work alot in this location. Most every bevmo and go puff support staff has been really good for me This review is a form of protest of go puff that owns bevmo throughout California i normally don't like to protest against companies but i feel this is time go puff and bevmo went too far as to how they treat their employees, especially their drivers i encourage people not to shop at go puff and bevmo because the company is going bankrupt and making a lot of false allegations against its drivers. I have been a loyal employee and driver for go puff and they basically terminated my account for allegedly not showing up to work when I was on vacation and had no shifts they accused me of not showing up last week i showed up to work 100 percent of the time if you care about the working conditions of the employees of bevmo Don't spend money on go puff Thanks for listening to my protest read more

Asked politely for the key to the rest room was told by some long haired moron working their ... that they have no restrooms for the public ... and he stomped off .. without so much as I'm sorry ... nothing .. Came here because there was not a total wine around. Swore I'd never shop at another BevMo, but I should've gone to Trader Joe's. 1st time I went to their location in Irvine. Got ignored. So I left. Left a msg and someone followed up, and also eventually spoke to a regional. This time got a generic email and someone was supposed to follow up. Never happened. Save your money and shop elsewhere. The customer service at this store was extremely disappointing. I asked one guy if I could have the key for the restroom and he didn't even look at me and barked that the key was up front so I go up front and ask for the key and the guy gives me a dirty look and just scoots it over to me. In the midst of this quarantine, we ran out of vodka. Gasp! This is a crisis! How do we resolve this crisis? We usually buy a huge bottle at Costco, but no way are we waiting in those huge lines we had seen wrapped around the Costco building for weeks. Kind of defeats social distancing to be around so many people. I know I also could have purchased at the grocery store, but the one I go to keeps it in a locked cabinet, then you have to ask someone to open cabinet for you, and then you can't do self check-out. Again, all of these steps to get the vodka defeats the social distancing. Thank goodness BevMo to the rescue! You cannot go inside the store and browse, but you can browse their website and order online for pickup or delivery. We keep deliveries to a minimum because our dogs are convinced everyone who delivers a package to our door is going to kill us. So, I placed the order on line and picked it up at the store. They have a table out front and your order ready for you when you arrive. It's so easy! I ended up buying two bottles of vodka because I've been puzzled about how can one vodka be better than another when it's just a neutral spirit in my opinion. Since Tito's seems to be all the rage and Skyy was a great price (much less than the smaller bottle of Tito's) I bought both bottles to conduct my own tasting test. My conclusion? Well, there is a slight difference in taste. If I were sipping straight vodka, I would select Tito's. It goes down easier without the burning sensation. And the Skyy? It burns! It burns! But it's fine for a mixer. They'll both be put to good use. read more

@BevMo is one of my favorite stores to browse. It is right up there with GarlicMo and GadgetsMo and CoffeeMo in my book. I generally go in for just a couple things...for example I was there yesterday to get sweet vermouth I need to make the James Joyce cocktail...now that I've taught it to several bartenders around the state I needed to get some sweet vermouth and restock my Irish Whiskey to fix myself one at home. Faith and begorrah there was a special on @IrishJameson ! Oh and here's the recipe straight-up (I pour a wee stiff meself but as you will): James Joyce Cocktail * 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey (call it 2 shots) * 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth (call it a shot) * 3/4 ounce @Cointreau (a shot, @PatronTequila3 orange has a good profile here too) * 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Go easy. read more

Let this please be said My heart belongs to Liquorama off of Foothill Blvd. but since BevMo has opened I find it to easy to hop off of the freeway and dodge into here for something quick to wet our palates. Not to mention they stay open later than Liquorama too. Service is friendly and they also offer a nice cheese selection, crackers, chocolates etc. to accompany your evening or party. I saw someone (a guy walk in with a dog - on a leash) he was told he could not bring the pet in with him. He goes outside and comes back in for shopping. Next 5 minutes there is this chick who also has a dog with her (in her arms) near the beer refrigerators her per (a terrier I believe) is barking and what not. I go to the front of the store and ask them if they are going to insist that SHE TOO be made to take her pet outside since the young man had to do so... She was advised and all was well in the store. Unhelpful. i stood in one line to get something...and then the rude girl tells me I was in the wrong line, but they would help me "this time"...oh thank you queen bevmo for being so kind....They said they werent letting people in the store, but some employee was standing in line to buy stuff, the guy inside recognized him and let him in, WTF....I would like to give extra negative points for going the extra mile to remove my previous review. She ecplained about the diffent type of wines and helped me wirh a little situarion. I ordered using the app, showed up to the store only to hear that some of the items on my list are no longer available. Then why not just show me in the shopping cart? This is worst I've ever been treated in any store ever. I waited in line behind a customer checking out, only to have one customer walk right up and cut in front of me with the complete blessing of the cashier. After the other cashier finished with the customer they had, he signaled for the guy behind me to come forward ahead of me. He wasn't even in line for 30 seconds. When I did get to the cashier to pay for my soda and bag of chips, the cashier couldn't apologize and spent at least 4 minutes stalling and smiling at the cash register, constantly resetting it and handing me cancelled receipts until I left with nothing. I will never ever return to this store again. It's no wonder that this store is robbed every day. I've been in there twice for a walk out heist. It's clearly an inside job. Corporate oughta take a serious look at these punks. It appears to be quite the place to just show up and walk out the door with any and all the booze you want. Nobody will stop you. You might actually find a couple employees to open and load your trunk. I guess I'm missing the point of their customer service here. read more

Brand new BevMo that just recently opened in Upland. I decided to participate in their grand opening. They had a DJ playing music, free coffee was provided & they were handing out free handbags with goodies inside for the first 500 customers in line. The store was was new, clean and filled with tons of goodies. I will be back soon to see the different beverages they have inside to offer. read more

2nd time I've been here. 2nd time I've left upset. First time was a few months back where one of the male employees was rushing me out 5 minutes before closing (and I don't mean a "just to let you know we're closing soon", but a "we're closed now come back tomorrow" despite all sources saying 8:55 P.M.). Second time was tonight. After spending a half hour looking around I settle on 4 bottles and promptly get refused service because my ID is expired by a couple days and it will be a couple more until my appointment with the DMV. I guess if you don't drive at all you're screwed and if your ID expires you are magically no longer of legal age. Guess it makes more sense to sell to potential drunk drivers than people who aren't even on the road. Smartest policy ever! read more

I do love me some Bev-Mo; however, they need to step up their game in the craft beer department (places in the area like Red Carpet Wine & Spirits and Liquorama have them beat in that department). Don't get me wrong, I love the convenience, hours, and ability to order online and pickup in store that Bev-Mo provides but I do enjoy the thrill of walking into the store and discovering an awesome new brew (or finding a new release there). read more
