I never knew this place was so huge. The open patio foyer leads to the entrance. Tucked away in the corner the unassuming entrance leads to a lot of rare finds. Bottles in stock where other major stores would be sold out. A wide selection of individual brands and their various styles. The customer service was very helpful. Scammers. Fraudsters. Placed an order a month ago and have heard nothing since. Even after 3 emails and 3 text messages to this business, they continue to ignore my inquiries about shipping my order. Tried calling and wow, voice mail. That is their Customer Service. Non-existent. As 4 rating this business, they get a negative everything. I was looking for a specific bottle of wine that I couldn't seem to find anywhere else. Found it online at shop wine direct. Which is evidently connected to this place. So you just buy it online, wait to recieve a confirmation email and then go and pick it up. This place is located in the corner of a strip mall right next to a sandwhich shop and a kids karate area. It looks very nondescript from the outside. But the second you walk in it looks like willy wankas chocalate factory. Just alcohol all over the place. Aisles and aisles of wine, beer, hard liquor and all things alcohol. They even have a humidified area towards the entrance for their cigars and other high end things. I was particularly drawn to their aisles of whiskey. So many different types. Must have had 100s of different brands and sub brands of whiskey. Whiskeys from all over the world, Japanese, Irish, American, Canadian, Scotch, etc. They even have a nice glass encased area for their higher end spirits. I ended up getting a couple of Jack Daniel's that I've never seen before. And it wasent too expensive. If I had more time I would've loved to have the opportunity to explore this place further! Definitely a hidden gem for all things alcohol in the Inland empire!! read more

It's hard to see initially, hidden in the recessed juncture of the strip mall, but once inside, it's clear this is not a neighborhood liquor store. From neat, organized long rows that span heights exceeding seven feet to the walk-in humidor and collectible wine room, both climate controlled, I wandered around just taking as much in as time allowed. Prices are par compared to other liquor stores with above average wine selections, some gems hiding there with good prices. The half-bottle selection is worthwhile, too, perfect for occasions when you don't want a half-full bottle afterward. This is also a great way to try something new without committing to the full price. The shop is the front, if you will, for several online stores, and after browsing, there are price incentives and more to consider in-store pickup as well as mixing up the experience. Pay attention to the prices, though. You can nickel and dime, but their selection and the convenience of making one trip more than offsets a few dollars. read more

One of my go to spots to get my liquor from they have nice prices and always have the new stuff if they don't have it they will order it for you I got a bottle of don julio 1942 on sale for less than $150.. was a very good deal they're very helpful with explaining everything it's so much stuff to choose from it's the Walmart for liquor lol... so if you in the area stop by here to pick up everything you need to get your party started.. read more

If you are looking for an enormous selection of beers, wines, and spirits to choose from, this is a place you need to check out. The place is absolutely massive! You need hours just to go up and down all of the aisles. I am a wine enthusiast, and saw a large selection of "off the beaten path" wines on the shelves. I didn't have a lot of time to go exploring, but will plan a special trip back there again just so I can go through all of the aisles of wine. The staff is really knowledgeable, helpful, and so pleasant! Don't let the name of the place fool you ... this is WAY MORE than your average liquor store. So glad I stopped in. read more

I shouldn't be so excited to love a liquor store but all I can do is brag! They have a massive selection to choose from and if you can't find it, the staff is more than willing to help! They have a lot of unique brands and small business distilleries along with the normal large producers. The aisles are well labeled and nicely lit so you can easily see all shelves. Online buyers, beware! I placed an order online for Armenian brandy that the store advertised. Several days passed without receiving a tracking number or any updates. I decided to email them today, only to find out that the online price was listed incorrectly, and they refused to honor it--even though the payment had already been taken from my account. I requested to speak with a manager and asked them to honor the online price, but my request was denied, and no manager called me back.This is a terrible way to treat customers and seems like a clear example of bait-and-switch tactics, which is a violation under California Business and Professions Code Section 12024.2. read more

There's are a lot of liquor stores and markets but they only a few I can say that specializes in alcohol. In Upland, I only go to a place where I walk around and find bottles of sorts and there are aisles full of them. Everytime I've been at the store, I am treated like it's a bother to help or serve me. customer service is below par. Today, I was challenged about a product return which had visible unidentifiable floaters and an expired date! He exchanged the product with no words of any sort. My husband frequents the store for the large selection of beer but I will not have to buy any thing there again. read more

This place is great for hard to find alcohols and everyday alcohol. Staff is very helpful and cheerful. Was kinda hard to find via gps but I had been there before and knew where it was. Love these Guys! They have the hard to find stuff. Super knowledgeable and tons of inventory. Their prices aren't bad either. I just picked up this hazy IPA yesterday and it's FIIIIIRE! Great bourbon selection and good prices. I LOVE them for Spanish wine finds. You'll prob find your favs there at good prices but you should ask for their recommendations. The wine guy has turned me onto some of my new favorite wines. Another one of their associates helped me find some OUTSTANDING bourbons that I would have NEVER picked up on my own. Ps you GOTTA try this Michigan hazy IPA. THA BOMB! So juicy, hoppy, balanced! Mad props to Amarok Brewing (whoever they are). read more

Liquorama is a candy store for avid drinkers.. Liquorama is larger than your typical BevMo and has a larger selection of spirits. This liquor shop has isles and isles of spirits and a few with wine. I was looking for single pot Irish Whiskey and was in the area for business. I called and mentioned I was looking for Green and Yellow Spot which they quoted for a good price. The manager recommended to try Yellow Spot which is aged longer, thus, more smooth.. Went all in with his recommendation. Pretty cool liquor store fully stocked with whiskey, tequila, vodka, gin, etc of all sorts. This location is a bit hard to find. It's tucked in the corner of a plaza. read more

This place has an incredible selection of liquor, I've even found some tequilas that I've never seen anywhere else. I also love that you can order cases of wine or anything else from their warehouse sized store and have it shipped for FREE right to your house. The best shipping liquor company I've found. If you live in a rural backward state like Oklahoma that has a very, very limited selection of imported wines, this is your place. They have an excellent selection of hard to find imports (Spain, Portugal, South America, etc.) with reasonable shipping rates & occasional great shipping specials. I've never had a broken bottle or substitute vintage because they were out. Customer service dept is excellent. read more

Holy Cow, an alcoholics dream/nightmare come true! I can't believe this adult beverage wonderland has been right here in my own backyard, and yet this was my first time exploring the place! My purpose was to meet Adam Carolla (I'm a fan from his KROQ days) and get a bottle of that Mangria stuff, but as I waited in line to do the meet and greet, I was very distracted by my surroundings. I saw lots of things I wanted to Ooo and Ahhh about which made it very hard to stay in line. My mission was eventually accomplished, thanks Adam!, and then I got to wander/wonder! It seems almost any adult beverage imaginable is here. Saw lots of great wine and vodka selections. Good bye $2 buck chuck! Definitely coming back here! P.S. The Mangria red version is pretty brutal. I'd say use sparingly or only in highly stressful situations. read more

Prices are great! Attempted to go to Mt. Baldy but traffic going up the mountain was way too much so instead I decided to come down the mountain and stop by this store as I had seen them advertise a rum I was looking for almost 50% off what other places were selling it for. I was at Liquorama last Friday evening for the Bootlegger's Brewery tasting and it was AWESOME as usual... the company rep "Derek" was lively, informed and enthusiastic about his product. In the past 3 weeks I have heard MUCH of Bootlegger's Brewery so I stocked up on it after our tasting. Prices here are always competitive and yes they were having a 'Scotch' tasting next to us... which made me sorta feel like 'noses-were-in-the-air' to our Beer tasting LOL j/k Keep track of them on the Facebook page as they annouce the tastings and specials all the time. Super knowledgeable staff, great international selection as well as local labels. I was able to find (hard to find) Italian labels that have been traditionally sold by distributors on the east coast. Shipping from the east coast is expensive, so cutting that cost allows me to buy more!! read more

The selection and service are like no other. I was looking for a certain kind of tequila that I purchased in Mexico and, even though they didn't carry it, the salesman was familiar with the name and knew a comparable brand. I also was making a recipe and needed Madeira wine, and no other liquor store in the area carried it except Liquorama. It is now my go-to store, and they have a customer for life! read more

He as quietly as possible muttered "sorry" and walked back into the store as I shouted "I'll never be back!". I thought the selection was incredible here and the location super convenient. But I will never return and I will urge my friends to avoid this location as well. I will instead go to Bourbon Street across the lot, or just drive to BevMo in the future.
