The guy that was working the front Had really dark sunglasses on and a huge knot on the top of his forehead. Looks like he had some light bruising as well on his face so it looked like he had gotten in some type of fight. I hope he's OK. He kept his head down, as if to keep me from seeing His injuries. There's a very tiny lot adjacent to the liquor store. It's actually very easy to miss because it's on arrow and actually one of the nicest liquor buildings I've seen in a while.

The situation was very simple: I placed a DoorDash pickup order, paid for it, and the app clearly showed that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store to collect it, he refused to hand over the order and instructed that I mark the order as "received" in the app first -- which is completely inappropriate. What made it even more ridiculous was that he then demanded that I stand inside the store and wait for the order status to update. Even after DoorDash called the store directly and told him to release the order to the customer, he still refused. After hanging up, he used extremely rude and insulting language toward the DoorDash representative.

You should have seen the look on his face when I produced the receipt and told him that just because I entered his store, doesn't mean I'm obligated to buy something. He as quietly as possible muttered "sorry" and walked back into the store as I shouted "I'll never be back!". I thought the selection was incredible here and the location super convenient. But I will never return and I will urge my friends to avoid this location as well. I will instead go to Bourbon Street across the lot, or just drive to BevMo in the future. I apologize on behalf of the community if you have been the victim of theft in the past, but this is about the WORST way to address the problem.
