I rented a 28-person party bus this past weekend for my 30th birthday. It was exactly what I wanted and was an ideal 4-hour ride! The process of renting the bus seemed very daunting, especially needing it on a short 2-week notice during a very busy and holiday weekend. The customer service from the get-go was excellent. Carla, who took my call was so friendly and made the booking process painless and assisted me with completing my deposit over the phone. The night of the party, LeDelle our driver, was amazing, charismatic and kind. He made the night seamless by taking us where we wanted to go efficiently and was super accommodating and social with all of my guests. My only complaint about the bus was the lights were either on or off, and the aux audio function was very frustrating to figure out! Otherwise, the bus was spotless and roomier than some other busses I have been on. I would absolutely rent from this agency again. read more

Called to reserve a limo. They said that they would take my name and hold the spot for a day so that I could call back and put the down payment on it. I called the next day and they told me that they gave the limo to someone else. I asked them why they did that and the girl on the phone replied, "oh well sorry." What a joke. I hired this company for a limousine service for a concert event that me and friends were attending. I researched several companies in the area before deciding on this one. The reason that I chose this company is because they had special pricing specifically for Darien lake concerts. When I called to make the reservation I spoke to Nick. I told him the day and event I wanted to service for asked me pick up time, address, asked for my information, and processed a required $200.00 fee to hold the reservation via credit card. He advised me the rest would be due at the time of pick up ($810.00 total). This company does not have a written contract or agreement to sign; you just make the reservation by phone. What I thought I was paying for was a limo service to and from the concert. Well on the day of our event the limo took us to and from the concert as planned...getting back took awhile because the traffic leaving the concert was backed up. But the night went well; at that point I thought everything was fine. Well a few days later when I received my credit card statement, the day after the concert there was a charge for $160.00 from this company. I immediately called this company to find out why (I knew that the limo was left in the same condition that it arrived in). Well when I called I first spoke to Nick he advised me the charge was for 2 hours over the time we reserved it for billed at 80.00 per hour. The problem is NOONE ever told me there was a time limit...I was under the impression the 810.00 was for the entire event to and from, I had no idea there was a time limit. If I would have been told there was a time limit, I would have chosen another company with nicer limos. He then transferred me to Carla. First I was told Carla was in billing, but when I called back I was told she is supposedly the owner. I told Carla my concerns and that I wanted the payment reversed. Carla was extremely rude and nasty. She started yelling at me saying "what do you think we just give people free time to go out and do whatever they want after"...I told her that is not the case we did just what I had thought I paid for. We only went to and from the concert. She continued yelling saying she doesn't have time for this and that it is Friday and we are to busy to deal with things like this. I told her I was not happy and wanted to talk to someone else if she didn't have time. She refused and promised I would receive a return call by the end of the day...which of course never came. I waited 3 days called back again, and still nobody will talk to me about this...then finally a fter having to make 4 calls to them, a man named John Arnet got on the phone with me...when i explained my issues rather then try to rectify the situation he proceeded to insult my guests on the limo bus (who are my employees) then finished by calling me a lying B**** and hung up. This is the absolute worst service i have ever recieved anywhere!!! read more

I had used Buffalo Limo for my sister and her best friend and was very disappointed to hear from them that one of their driver whose name was Frank was very unprofessional and made advancing comments to them. The guy was apparantly 3 times their age, and they were shocked at the unprofessionalism that goes on in this company.... I laughed at the matter but my sister and her friend didnt think it was funny, Glad she didnt tell my dad, he would of fired up a storm... Stay away from these guys... especially if you have a driver named Frank!!!! read more

For starters the pricing was already extremely high but I thought because it was more pricey I would be getting a better service. I spoke with nick I believe? regarding the use of a bus for a concert. They not only over charged me but they refused to negate the charges that they charged me for. Worst customer service ever. I hired Buffalo Limousine to drive my wife and daughter from the Buffalo airport to Ellicottville for a wedding. I booked it online and exchanged a few emails but everything worked really well for me at this point. When my wife and daughter arrived, the driver was ready at the bottom of the escalator...they got their bags and off they went. My wife then told me about how the driver proceeded to use his phone and conduct calls while driving the limo. The driver did not use hands-free and when my wife asked him to either stop or go to handsfree, he proceeded to argue with my wife on the merits of using or not using a cellphone while driving. He then proceeded to tell my wife that he has been "called up" on his cellphone service before...which concerns me that a company would use a driver that under New York State law a driver cannot use a hand-held mobile telephone or portable electronic device while he/she drives. Illegal activity includes holding a portable electronic device and talking on a handheld mobile telephone. I would think twice about using this company again in the future, especially when you consider the amount you pay for the service and expectations that a reputable limo service will provide quality/SAFE service for its riders. On a side note, I have been in contact with Carla from this company who sincerely apologized for the service and their driver. She and the company has handled the situation in a courteous and professional manner. I have raised my stars from two to three based on Carla's response. read more
