The first one was great, the second was horribly unreliable. Getting picked up at Toronto airport was great -- I guess I was the only passenger because a nice private towncar picked me up and took me to nearbyb Niagara-on-the-Lake. This was a great experience. Now then. We turn to the ride back. Those of you with weak stomachs may want to close your browser. First, I get a call -- worse: just a voicemail on my hotel phone! -- telling me that they were now picking me up 15-20 minutes earlier than I had booked. No phone number to call them back. No asking me if that'd work. Normally that's not a huge deal but in this case I was going to be on-stage in front of 300 people at that time. I was going to have to rush past people after my speech as it was to make the one I'd booked. No dice. It was the new time or the highway. No, wait, NO HIGHWAY because they wouldn't take me at the time I had booked. They said they could get me on their 3:45 p.m. shuttle so, with no other options, I agreed. That required a call to Air Canada to change my flight (I no longer was going to be able to make the one that I would have had Niagara Air Bus not done this). Which cost me a $75 change fee. It would take two hours, said the guy on the other end of the phone, to get from where I was to Pearson airport. That would be 5:45 p.m., including usual traffic. That would make it tight again but doable. At 3:45 p.m., sure enough a shuttle arrives. As we pull away, the driver says "I'm not taking you to the airport. You know that, right?" WTF?!?! No, as it turns out, he wasn't. He was going to collect some more people around time, then drive to a parking lot where they would transfer us to ANOTHER shuttle. Eek. I said "They told me we'd be at the airport around 5:45. That's still the plan, right?" "5:45 they said?" he asked. Then... wait for it... he started laughing. LAUGHING. "Oh no, you're not going to make that." Good. More travel panic. I'm beginning to think Niagara Air Bus doesn't have any clocks in their offices. Sure enough, we pull into a parking lot to wait for the new shuttle. We wait. And wait. (Apparently, we were five minutes early.) Then, without explanation we were off again in the same shuttle. I looked back and there were more than a couple of confused faces. We drove to a second parking lot and transferred there. Instead of 5:45 p.m., it was 6:15 p.m. by the time I was out and on my way with my luggage. Thirty minutes may not sound like a big deal, but when you're booked on an airline's schedule (especially one overbooked, still trying to get over a bunch of shuffling owing to an averted strike) you really don't want time screwups like that. Is it too much to ask a shuttle service to adhere to the timelines they tell their customers? There were some good points. 1. The drivers were friendly enough. One told us to tell him if it was too cold, which it wasn't. A nice touch. 2. We didn't crash.

Niagara Airbus is the most disorganized shuttle/limo service I have ever used in 15 years of…read morebusiness travel. Their system defaulted to an AM pickup time and, despite having the flight number and airline, they never double checked the arrival time. Despite the fact that there are no flights on American that arrive after 11:50, they claim to have sent a driver to the airport at 1:25am. When I actually arrived at 1:00 PM, they informed me that because I had missed my pickup that I would not be picked up for another hour and a half. While they claimed my experience was an isolated one, the driver, who was onsite at 1:25 but waiting for additional passengers, had been given an incorrect flight number for another passenger, whom we then spent 20 minutes looking for. The receptionist was brusque and unapologetic and generally unpleasant to deal with. When I told her I didn't not want to make the return trip with them, she proceeded to charge me the one way rate, which is, just FYI, roughly double what it costs a taxi. Overall the experience was inefficient and inconvenient. Take a cab or book another company. The driver was nice and the only reason to give this company 2 stars.

My experience with the customer service is similar to some of the reviews below about the office…read morebeing rude and claiming to be "super transparent" about prices. I usually get a bus service 4-5 times a season and have never had an issue like this. I booked a Sprinter from 716 Limousine for the 1/12 Bills game and was quoted with a base rate of $695 plus a 20% gratuity and 4% fuel surcharge (~$867 total), but after changing my time to pick up time and discussing with them, my new charge came out to $933.72. The extra $66 was what I had assumed was the charge with the added time, as I was told it would be "not that much". Also, this was on my invoice before the game and up to the afternoon of 1/13 as seen below. Without being informed, they had processed an extra $190 charge labeled "Additional Charges 1" bringing the grand total to $1130.72. I did not receive any documentation of this beforehand and when I called to discuss this, I was told it was for the additional time. I was also told that "their staff was well trained", so there is no way they could have been wrong about the pricing ahead of time, and that, "they were very transparent" despite not sending me updated price documentation. Out of the dozens and dozens of buses I've taken to Bills games, this was by far the least transparent, and the most expensive. Not once have I had the price change like this without advance notice and then have the company imply that I should've known. You don't have to look far to find better, cheaper options. Book with someone else. Also shoutout to our driver Dave. 5 Stars to him.

Truly excellent service from start to finish. My driver, John, was fantastic -- professional,…read morefriendly, and a genuinely great person to chat with. He got me safely from Erie, PA to the Buffalo Niagara Airport with absolutely no issues. John arrived at my Erie hotel 30 minutes early, helped load my luggage, and made sure everything was handled smoothly before we even hit the road. The ride itself was in a black Cadillac 3-passenger sedan, which was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for the trip. He also held a big piece of paper with my name on it to ensure that I was indeed the passenger he would be taking to Buffalo. He was a safe, attentive driver, and we had great conversation the entire way -- it made the drive fly by. Overall, this was a wonderful experience -- smooth, punctual, and well worth the price for such reliable, high-quality service. I'd absolutely book with 716 Limousine again without hesitation.

My first call was placed to them 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. I was told that the driver had been held up and would be with me in 20 minutes. My second call to them was 25 minutes later (so now 40-45 minutes late) ... I was given the driver's telephone number to track down myself!! The "driver" ended up arriving 1.5 hours late. I was in a real panic about making my flight and did not initially realize that I was actually sitting in a TAXI !!!! Yes, thats right a TAXI!!! This company farmed out the job to a taxi firm, so, I was told a pack of lies "the driver is held up". My belief is that if I had not have called them when I initially did, they would not have sent anyone and I would have missed my flight because of these people. Do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
