Wanna say this is an amazing shop compared to other shops around the area I recently took my 06 Tacoma there to get an alignment done after a 6in lift kit install. They did a great job but due to the nature of a 18 yr old coming in saying he did a full 6in lift kit by himself and all he wanted was a alignment is skeptical to say the least ALSO ONE OF THE ONLY SHOPS AROUND THAT DOES ALIGNMENTS ON LIFTED TRUCKS The alignment itself: honestly pretty good however have a slight lean to drivers side which they blamed the tires for (it didn't do that previously with my 3.5in lift) which was not the culprit I later found culprit to be the lower control arm bolts due to finding that the bolt side is stationary with the alignment washers while the nut locks position of them into place and finding one washer isn't aligned the same way on opposite side meaning the bolt is stripped were the washer is most likely due to tightening on wrong side which very well could of been my fault during install of lift kit. it's a 10$ bolt and 4$ washers and I'm not gonna be blaming anybody unless I know for sure who it was especially over 14$. Customer service: absolutely amazing they were really nice people very transparent with me and helped me look at pricing for tires that I needed regardless of if it was effecting alignment or not. Also hooked me up with a goodie bag!!! Also bilingual! About the techs: Occasionally they would come in to the waiting area to ask me about something that the techs wanted to know (the techs are mostly Spanish speaking which I can understand but not speak fluently) and the techs are thorough with what they need to do they test drove it more than once and made some small tweaks. Extra notes: I did get a few questions about what a sound could be I told them they could bend the rotor dust sheild because I was planning on replacing it anyway (yes that was the issue) The bad: the damn pothole in-front of the shop is the worst part of the experience I swear one day (if it hasn't happened already) it will take off someone's bumper or side skirt it's a 4in deep hole that they need to go around or through read more

The mechanics fixed a number of issues that could have been a real problem for me if the issues had failed on my trip. I came in for a basic oil change and left with serious concerns about honesty and accuracy. Their inspection results were exaggerated. They told me my rear brakes needed immediate replacement and that my fronts were at 5-6. I got a second opinion where the pads were measured with a brake gauge tool: the fronts were actually at 8 and the rears at 4-5. The rears will need attention soon, but it was nowhere near the "urgent" situation they claimed. They also said they topped off fluids, yet my windshield washer fluid was almost empty less than a month later, and the cap was left open. That's a basic step they didn't do. Needing to return after only about 6,000 miles also makes me question whether synthetic oil was actually used. I received multiple text messages urging me to come back in because "they saw some things," yet they never addressed the concerns I sent them in response. They were quick to push their own agenda but ignored the issues I actually raised. What makes this more disappointing is that the owner -- who promotes the shop as woman‑owned -- was present when I was there and still didn't step in or try to correct anything. As a female customer, I expected a more respectful and straightforward experience. Instead, I was stereotyped and talked down to. The woman‑owned branding did not match the reality, especially in 2025. I'm sharing this so other women know what to expect. I gave the shop a chance to correct things, and nothing was addressed. Based on my experience, the service was not thorough, accurate, or respectful. UPDATE AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: I went to Emily's Garage immediately afterward and watched my brakes measured in front of me with a gauge. Rear pads were 4-5 mm and front pads were 8 mm. Their manager, who knows you personally, said she was disappointed because the number your shop wrote down wasn't accurate. I also texted you on December 10 with my concerns and received no reply. The only message I got afterward was an automated sales text on January 7. So the idea that communication matters to you publicly doesn't match how my messages were handled privately. I received a coupon in the mail for breaks from easy street auto repair. Coupon was two hundred ninety nine dollars for a break maintenance replacement repair. There was absolutely no disclaimers.There was no fine print.I called verified the price was two ninety nine, and it was per an axle. I scheduled to have the repair done. I go to pick up the car and the repair was almost $600 for the brakes. When I questioned the different charges, it was found that I got charged for work that I did not approve.And then they found out they didn't do it. Invoice was printed a total of four times before the invoice.Got near what it was supposed to be. I anticipated paying two ninety nine plus ten point one percent sales tax, approximately three hundred and twenty nine dollars three hundred and forty dollars. The quoteUnquote owner, who was behind the desk clarified, and told me that there were shop expenses and ninety dollar fee for inspecting the brakes, which if none of that was ever talked about.Nor was it posted anywhere in their shop, so I told them again.I would be happy to pay the two ninety nine plus the sales tax as I anticipated as I was paying cash.. She became a little bit agitated.The fact that I was calling him to the mat.A little bit about why they were charging me extra for stuff that was not talked about.Nor was it approved and almost became very agitated. She threatened to keep my vehicle and not release it.And I said, willis, please call the police, and we'll let them sort it out. You guys ROCK !!! After dealing with another shop downtown Puyallup, on Main Street for about 13 yrs, we felt we need to find a shop closer to home, and we went looking. When we got a mailer about this place and was owned by women we gave them a shot. GOOD call. Dylan at the counter is right on the money. He is very helpful, polite and professional. He keeps you up to date and delivers on his promises. My old shop wanted $1000 labor on a repair, the dealer wanted $750 and I paid under $300 here. When I was cashing out, they gave me a needed and fair estimate on repairs need. My car was done as promised, they returned my old part, the car was clean and ready to go. Let me just say that I don't really trust mechanic shops. I was looking for a good and honest shop to take my Sylvia to fix her up. (Yes, I named my rig Sylvia - Silver Aspen). Previous experience has shown me that I end up with another problem from the original issue not too long after I get Sylvie back from any shop I've gone to. Anyways my sister tagged me to their shop when I was seeking out recommendations on social media. Shout out to you, sis Shay!! I reached out, got a response, and made an appt to take it into the Puyallup location within that same week. Needed a reprogram from a shop that was able to read Chrysler codes for a replacement of my Throttle and sensor that a friend did and still experienced issues. So I informed the nice gentleman at the shop on everything (forgive me, I forgot his name). He informed me that a diagnostic would be done to determine the actual problem, and I would be contacted on the next steps needed. Their diagnostic is also one of the cheapest around that I've found. Amanda, who was my point of contact, was in constant communication with me on repairs/pricing. I was also in communication with the mechanic who gave me updates on repairs. I was quoted a higher amount originally, but after further troubleshooting, they found some of the repairs weren't needed, and the price was reduced by hundreds of dollars. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday afternoon they're closed on the weekends, but the following Monday, they started work on my rig, and I was able to pick her up by Thursday. I had been driving with my check engine light on for some time aside from the red lighting bolt code on my dash. My Sylvia runs great! Check engine light is off ( for the first time in forever!! ). The cost wasn't some exorbitant amount that left me having to eat ramen for a month, and they've got a return customer for future maintenance/repairs in me.
