    So impressed with this place. Had to jump my husbands SUV this morning and immediately took it to Autolube, which I picked based off of good online reviews. I'm a mechanics daughter, picky about where I take my vehicles and wanted to avoid big name companies and getting ripped off. The gentleman behind the counter was quick, polite and showed me the coffee, water and super comfy couches while I was waiting. I used their wifi with no problems for my 1-1.5 hour wait, which is pretty impressive since I dropped in without an appointment to get a battery charge, oil change, tail light replaced and a seal replaced. They checked with me before doing anything above what I came in for and the end price was extremely good, even before military discount! They quoted me on spark plugs, which was within $10 of the quote I had previously received from a shop on base. I will be back!

    Oil change, got in and out fast. Price is good and very nice people. Not like many auto place I've been too.

Nate was able to help me on two separate occasions with an oil change, coolant, timing belt, and anything else I needed. He was able to drive to me and was very professional while being fast and efficient. Nate is a super humble, super friendly and had no complaints with him servicing my car. He will be returning to finish my sons car and I feel confident he will get my sons car safely back on the road. Absolute trash company. My son had an appointment for Friday at 10 am. After almost an hour of waiting for "Proformance" to show up, my son finally hears back from the guy who says he can't make it, and if he can come the following day (Saturday) at 3 pm. Fine. So now it's Saturday. No call. No show. "Proformance" finally messages my son and moves the 3 pm time to 6 pm. Unprofessional. If he didn't want to do the job, he could have just said so. Thanks for wasting our weekend waiting around for nothing. UPDATE: The business owner just responded to my comment, by stating, that it was my son's idea to change the appointment date. I have my son's texts that day. My son only asked "Proformance" if they needed to change the day after THEY didn't show up for the appointment, after son had been waiting for 40 minutes PAST his appointment. Then today (Saturday) after "Proformance" said they would be out at 3 pm ( but it ended up more like 5pm) couldn't finish the job, because it was my son's fault he didn't have the bolts needed. Look, I'm just here stating my experience, as the person paying for this service. This is what I have been dealing with since Friday ( it's now Saturday evening). Oh, I didn't mention, that I have been calling "Proformance" this past week, asking how I can make payment, since my son does not live with me, and I am the one paying. I called 2 separate times, and left voicemails, with no response. This has been a complete nightmare, with no communication.. WHAT-SO-EVER.
