I discovered this business while looking for towing services around me. The dispatcher was able to swiftly assist me and direct me to the nearest driver who could tow my vehicle. I called every so often (about three times) to check on the status of my driver/car and the projected arrival time of my vehicle. We called up there and the guy that answered said give us 20 and we will be there. They met us let us get to our car and get my wallet and some things. While on vacation the insurance wanted to get it moved to a lot. We had not finished cleaning it out. We called them and asked if they could do a sweep of it and get important things. They were like sure no problem. We got back and finished the paperwork. We went to make sure everything was out. There was nothing that we had to grab. We drove out to PK not only did they get all the important things, they also pulled our plate for us, which sometimes get lost in or on the way to lot. They are very responsive and nice people. In the bad situation it was a relief to have a caring team that helped. Even suggested a lot and said they would keep an eye out for us!

He was rude to my young daughter and very rude to me when he arrived with the car at my house. I was a little surprised because the folks back at the shop that I have done business with were always very easy to deal with. I called the dispatcher to find out why he was demanding payment rather than billing through my insurance Roadside Assistance. Ironically, our house was actually on the way back to the shop and even closer than to the shop. I was told that I had to pay him because the shop could not take payment. Then I was charged a 6% fee for using a card. I will not ever use or recommend this tow service. I will have to rethink using the shop as well if this is the way they do business. I have never had service like this from any other tow company. Horrible experience.
