A homeowner was extremely upset (understandably) at how a tenant left a property after they vacated. The house was filthy and stacked with junk. Completely gross. I called a few places and they said the job was too big for them. Gary and Edgar at Clean Junk Out were not intimidated and, in fact, was eager to take on the challenge. Trying to figure this out between the tenant and the homeowner was a nightmare and I was at my wit's end. Gary was very patient and provided several different options in hopes to satisfy all parties - I was very appreciative of his efforts. It took 8 guys and 7 hours to clean all the disgusting junk in and around the home. The crew was always very respectful of the demanding homeowner, which at times made unreasonable requests, when most companies would have walked off. The good reviews are correct!! I never thought I'd need a junk hauler but had a tenant leave a nice amount of junk in my backyard after he moved out. Got a quote QUICKLY from Henry through yelp, I called afterward to ask when they could come "30 minutes." They actually came faster than that! (I live close to Pasadena, YMMV.) These guys were great! I called on a Sunday afternoon to see how quickly they could clear out some old furniture and electronics...to my surprise, Henry was willing to come by the next day! He actually offered the same day, but I did not expect service so quickly. Submitted a quote request through Yelp and these guys got back to me super quickly asking that I call to give more info. Very professional on the phone and explained their pricing. I scheduled a pick up and they called me to let me know they were running a little behind schedule (I don't think many places actually have the courtesy to do this anymore). They showed up and told me it was going to cost more than initially quoted. I explained how I submitted pictures through Yelp, and they explained why it would cost more. I told the guys I got a cheaper quote from another company so I would go with them, however Clean Junk Out worked with me to match that quote and hauled away my furniture that afternoon. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They put everything back where they found it.
