I have been going here for a few years now. Most of the time everyone is pretty friendly and nice and I can get in and out fairly quickly, which I like. The reason for the low rating is because they just changed some of their policies and I feel like they are trying to gouge people for more money. My prescription is something that has to be refrigerated and so regardless if I want an ice pack or not for my prescription they want to charge me an extra $15. That is absolutely ridiculous. And those small ice packs don't even hardly work and don't cost $15. I am a long time customer and things are already so expensive and now you want to take more money out of my pocket when I don't even want or need this item. Well they are going to lose me as a customer. I already called my Dr to have all my prescriptions transferred somewhere else. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I placed my order after needing to download an app to do so. It never processed. I called and they sent me a link. I processed my order and chose their delivery option. I never received my RX. I called three times and was met with very rude responses, even being hung up on. They gave multiple excuses as to why my RX was not received, but not once offered to make it right. I had to contact my bank to void the charges as they refused to accept responsibility for non-delivery. There are mnay other options and I would higghly reccomend choosingany other. Really disappointed. My doctor recommended this pharmacy over CVS as having good prices and being close to her office. I had several to pick up. When I went there, they were pretty prompt about getting my prescription and showing me individualized costs. When I went to go pay, it was a different number on the screen (lower) so I assumed they just swapped a generic. It wasn't until I got into the car that I realized they 1. Didn't give me one of the prescriptions they showed me the price for and 2. Gave me the wrong dosage for another. I went back in to ask - no one was available to help even though I was the only person. One lady on the phone mentioned that they were out of the missing one and to come back tomorrow (why didn't you tell me this when I was checking out??). Then, she didn't believe me when I said I got the wrong prescription - the pharmacist then came out and said they didn't have the one I wanted to gave me a different dosage my doctor approved...great but again, why not just tell me that. I haven't gotten the one they missed - they said they'd mail it and so far nada. Lastly, they billed my insurance for everything but the most expensive one and I have a high deductible plan, so kinda need that on there. Will just go to CVS from now on!! read more

Shout out the manager and cashier for going above and beyond. We've used this location to fill prescriptions for our family for the past few years. Their pricing is very competitive and in many cases lower than the big chains, even without GoodRX. When our oldest went up north for school, they continued to be our go to as they will ship in their network range at no cost. Today I went to pick up a prescription that our son's doctor had called in. Obviously there was a communication error from the doctor's office as they instructed the pharmacy to ship, urgent priority, to our son's old dorm address. Instead of leaving us in a lurch, the cashier worked with his manager and they were able to go ahead and give us the prescription today. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I realize that they'll probably get the meds back when they show up as undeliverable, but they went above and beyond taking care of us today and dealing with the rest behind the scenes. read more

I can't say enough positive things about the staff at EasyCare. Always the most professional service from the staff. Jeremy always has a big smile greeting me when I come walking in. I have came in 20 minutes before closing and Jeremy the amazing technicians were able to fill all my prescriptions and get them approved in 10 minutes. Sometimes I have problems getting my insurance to approve my prescription but, I never have to worry. Juan and Jeremy call my insurance and deal with that headache. It is such a relief I don't have to fight with my insurance. The pharmacist, pharmacy techs and staff have a great system because there is never a long line, questions about medication are answered in a timely response. They even have monthly auto delivery monthly to your home. Thank you again Jeremy, Juan and staff! This place is so unprofessional. Called about a week before to let them know there was a change in prescription and they made note to the file , but when we arrived this was not the case so they then had to order a different prescription for the new insurance. Now 2nd trip the pharmacist stated wil be there the next day after 12.00 and would you believe still not ready and pharmacists is no where'd to be found to sign off on the prescription. This should have been done before we arrived James is the front desk person and was as rude as can be . He was definitely not nice person and this is saying lightly . I was referred here by the dermatologist to pick up some topical cream for my daughter. They said they can deliver the prescription to our house the same day. After 4 days I called in for a status because we didn't receive it. They said it should be same day. A few days go by and I call again and they can't find it. I call again a week later and they tell me to come pick it up. I walk into an empty pharmacy with 3 people behind the counter and wait 20 minutes before anybody helps me, and then they can't find the prescription. So unprofessional and uncaring. I don't understand how people can't do basic job functions, and have no care or concern whatsoever about their jobs or business. Times have certainly changed. read more

Just came into this pharmacy to get medicine for the kids , the staff is amazing ! Went the extra mile, dr sent a medicine they didn't have and no other pharmacy seemed to have, they quickly called the dr to change to something they did have and got my daughters medication done super fast. Then I hop on here and see some bad reviews. NOT THE CASE AT ALL in the end I forgot my credit card being so frantic thinking my daughter wouldn't get her medicine. Amazing pharmacy amazing staff. I always get a great response for all medication needs and they have gone above and beyond to get my medication covered thru authorizations or utilizing pharm coupons. I have dealt with them earlier this year when I lost my insurance and they gave me such a major discount for cash for some topical cream. Saw my dermatologist first thing Monday morning. At the end of it they told me my prescription would get shipped to me from this pharmacy and delivered tomorrow. The pharmacy would call me for payment. At 3pm I get a text with a link to pay. But it was for generic version of the medication and only one of the two. My doctor had specifically said I needed to get the brand name to avoid preservatives. I called them and corrected this and made sure they had both medications and I paid over the phone and was told I would receive it tomorrow. Tuesday afternoon I still hadnt received it so I called them as I really needed the medication. They told me that my medication did not go out by the cutoff time yesterday and unfortunately would get delivered the next day. They said i could drive over to pick it up, but i had work and this pharmacy is 20 miles away. Obviously unhappy but what can you do. Wednesday afternoon. I still have not received and I message them asking for an eta. They call me and suddenly inform me that the medication was actually on order! And that It would arrive to them today and that they would ship it to me tomorrow! What the hell? What if I had driven to pick it up yesterday like they told me to!? I say I can't wait so I will go pick it up today then and I asked when they close. They said 6pm. Well I arrived at 5:15pm and guess what? They SHIPPED THE MEDICATION OUT! Told me I would get it tomorrow. They tried to tell me that there was nothing they could do but I said to just cancel the delivery and give me these now. At first said they couldnt do that but eventually did. Supposedly I might get double charged before they refund me or something. I have zero hope that there will not be more problems. read more

I went to see my neurologist for my constant migraines and she prescribed me this fairly new medication Nurtec. She sent my prescription to this pharmacy (EasyCare) which happens to be in the building across her office building. Keep in mind her office building has their own pharmacy downstairs and I questioned why she did that?! She stated that the medication is usually not covered by insurance and this pharmacy goes above and beyond in helping get it approved. Went in there today to purchase some gum and noticed the man behind the counter not wearing a mask (thought that was strange given we are still in a pandemic). I asked him to please put on a mask before helping me (I am immunocompromised) He proceeded to get an attitude about even touching my items "well is it ok for me to touch these then?". Once my doctor that I am not seeing anymore transferred her prescriptions from my pharmacy, $200 later the prescriptions were miraculously filled the same day at the pharmacy in their building. Had to call and nag nag nag to pay $200 as a co pay. My usual pharmacy couldn't fill these even though my PPO insurance had the deductible met. Only when we went to the docs co pharmacy when this was filled. Never using this pharmacy or doc again. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I do not recommend it. I am on medication that requires getting off of it slowly. I moved over to Ventura county and I confirmed with them twice and I told them that I do not have many pills and needed them ASAP. Jacob the pharmacist insisted it would be there the following day and here I am with no pills. There are a few locations and I went to the one in West Hills, CA. The check-in aid/tech helped me fill my prescription by adding coupons from the pharm company and also called them to make sure I get my prescription for the correct price. The total was going to be about $140. He told me to hang tight while he called my insurance and found coupons and enrolled me in a program.
