There was a lot of theft going on for a while, but since Josh has been there, he's always doing a great job, and his customer service is 5-star. Please give him some recognition for helping keep the store safe and enjoyable to shop in. To the managers: keep up the good work, and thank you for being there for the public. The staff informed me that my medication was not ready and wouldn't be ready until 2:30 or 2:45. After the pharmacist break. Cool. I'll come back in an hour I guess no problem. That was on me for coming right over after the e.r. Went home came back at 2:45 gave them until 2:50 just incase. walked in to my surprise the gates of the pharmacy were closed. Gave them until 3 am just incase. Come 3 am still nothing. Asked staff if the pharmacy was closed. She informed me they would open back up at 4 am. Now why wasn't I informed of this when I was told medication wouldn't be ready until 2:45, after the pharmacist break. Common curtesy to let someone know "hey we're actually closed from X to X" But neither the staff that was helping or pharmacist bothered to mention "we're closed at x time" Update: returned at 9:45 am. Only to be told it was still not ready and would take another 15 min. Good luck if you are coming from the hospital past 2 am. And if you're not from the area. I get that they are overwhelmed with orders but also let people know if you'll be closed.

I had two prescriptions to fill today and this pharmacy had both of them. Sometimes Walgreens takes a few days to get in certain items and that's why I went to this particular one. I had a third one that they actually didn't have in stock but they told me "we'll call you when we have it and if your insurance will cover it."

I stopped by this CVS Pharmacy because I was in the plaza this store is located in. I had to use…read morethe bathroom so that was my primary reason to come in the store but I couldn't find one so I walked around the store to see their snacks option. The store is very cleaned and organized inside. There wasn't that many guest inside and their pharmacy area was very quiet. They have a lot of different items in here so you'll likely find what you're looking for but the price will vary, it's usually on the higher end which is why I don't come to any CVS much. I found parking in the plaza just fine but if you come during the busy time then you might not find a spot.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy during my pregnancy…read more My OB prescribed prenatal vitamins when I was 15 weeks pregnant. At the same time, I was also prescribed calcium and vitamin D as separate medications. When I picked up my prescriptions, I received the calcium and vitamin D, but I never received the prenatal vitamins. Since I had never taken prenatal vitamins before, I genuinely thought the calcium pill was my prenatal vitamin, so I had no reason to think anything was missing. I didn't discover the mistake until about 4 months later, when I was 32 weeks pregnant. After I was diagnosed with anemia, my OB asked whether I had been taking my prenatal vitamins and iron. That's when we realized I had never been given the prenatal vitamins that had been prescribed. When I contacted the pharmacy, I was told they had two profiles under my name and that the person handling my prescriptions didn't see the correct one. At no point was I ever notified that my prenatal vitamins had not been dispensed or were still waiting to be picked up. Learning 4 months later that I had never been given my prenatal vitamins was heartbreaking and extremely concerning. While I understand that mistakes can happen, medication errors involving pregnant patients can have serious consequences.
