I've never really liked this CVS because of one employee (an older lady) who is consistently unfriendly, no matter how polite customers are. Since this location is the closest to our house, I've continued shopping here and tried to overlook those experiences. I'm giving 3 stars because there are also employees who provide excellent customer service. Oscar is always friendly and welcoming. He smiles every time I need assistance, especially when the self-checkout isn't working properly. He is patient, helpful, and professional. Brianna is also very kind, as was the younger lady working on the evening of 6/1/26. The positive attitude and customer service from employees like Oscar, Brianna, and the other team members are the reason I'm not giving a lower rating. read more

I called with a question regarding a prescription that had been canceled after the pharmacist contacted my doctor. I was never notified of the cancellation, so I called to understand what had happened. At CVS, you need to leave a message and the pharmacist will call you back. They called me back in a timely manner, which is appreciated, However, as the call connected, I overheard the pharmacist making disparaging comments about my voicemail to another employee, and they were both laughing about it. I was shocked and found it unprofessional and disrespectful. When I addressed what I had heard to the pharmacist, the conversation quickly became confrontational. Rather than acknowledging my concern, the pharmacist became defensive, stating that she was the one who was offended - justifying her rude and combative behavior. I couldn't understand why she was the one who was offended (is it because I called out the behavior?) When I asked for her name, she replied only, "Pharmacist." I clarified that I was requesting her actual name, at which point she hung up on me. I immediately contacted corporate to report the interaction. Patients should be treated with professionalism and respect, especially when calling with questions about their medications. A simple apology or professional explanation would have gone a long way. As a result of this experience, I transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed in the way this pharmacist spoke to me, I hope she doesn't treat people this way on a daily basis. read more

xtremely horrible experience with the CVS pharmacy. The people working there were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They charged me $80 for a prescription that clearly shows a typical cash price of about $12 to $20 on multiple prescription pricing websites. There was absolutely no explanation for the massive price difference and no effort to help resolve the issue. When I called to check if my prescription was ready, I accidentally pressed the wrong option in the phone system and was connected to the pharmacy. Instead of simply helping me or transferring the call, the woman on the phone became loud and aggressive and then hung up on me. CVS should not even exist as a business. It is a corrupt corporation tied directly to Big Pharma that has been exploiting customers for decades. What they have been doing to people is outrageous and unacceptable. When Trump is out of office and Democrats take power again, the CEO of CVS should be dragged before Congress and forced to answer for the damage this company has done to the American people. I've never been more pleased with customer service before. I went last week to pick up some care products and the employee there, which if I remember correctly his name was Carlos. He had such a positive attitude and came to assist me when needed. He even went out of his way to help me sign up for my rewards so I can get the coupon for the items I was buying. What is wrong with this place? CVS obviously is not supporting this store with resources and enough staff. Pharmacy staff are so rude and seem miserable and maybe over worked and very under staffed? It seems like this store in its last leg and about to close and CVS obviously doesn't care about customer service. I know it's probably useless to leave a rating but this place is bad, except for it being a convenient location. It's too bad they can't turn this store around or put another decent pharmacy here. The only decent employee is the tall British guy who works at the front of the store and actually helps people. The pharmacy needs to get their act together learn some basic customer service and maybe just maybe try to assist people. Terrible experience here with customer service. Oscar and Carlos didn't even take the time to explain things. Needed to get some photos printed. Both walked away as they talked to me when I had a question. Didn't even take the time of the day to help me. Just talked to the manager, Jason to tell him about the situation and he was beyond kind. I've had multiple bad experiences at this CVS. I'm always polite, but some staff are consistently rude and unhelpful. One employee often responds by yelling "what?" or saying she can't help without even trying. This has happened more than once and was witnessed by a family member. As someone who uses coupons and ExtraBucks , I often feel like I'm treated as an inconvenience. The only positive experiences I've had are with Brianna and one younger male employee, who are always helpful and kind. Management should really address the customer service at this location. This store has hone through a lot of changes through the years, management churn, and became a very nice store. Unfortunately, now there is a shift manager, a buff guy named Maurice, who seems to be taking the place down. Phony niceness and overbearing with the hustle for some sort of rewards program. I asked her basic questions, and she struggled to give me answers. And then referred me to the documentation that came with the prescription. I picked up my prescription on november 20, which was only a sixty tablets out of ninety, my prescription is ninety tablets for the month and the only gave me sixty tablet. After I picked it up, I looked at their app, and they said that I can pick it up on december 7th. This would be the remainder 30 tablets, so i felt great.I am off that day.I don't have school that day.I can schedule it in.I can go pick it up, get back.Do my homework do whatever I need to do at home.I look at the app.They change the date on me.It's no longer december 7 but is now december 10. So I called them and they said, it's a hard block that I have to call my doctor to release it.There are essentially holding my medication hostage.Because my insurance wouldn't pay for my prescription.My ninety tablet prescription, because apparently some sort of formula.This is blue cross blue shield fep blue, which I do not recommend as an insurance.I've had them for at least three years.And nothing but headaches. Now they say I can go pick it up december 10, no I can't I have schoolI have homework.I have finals coming up.I have assignments, and I have work.Explain to me what i'm gonna go pick it up? I'm literally tired of these insurance companies and the pharmacies holding my medication hostage.It's not a matter of not having any.I still have some left, but i'm, I should have gotten my full prescription on the date that I picked it up when it was time to pick up not a partial and having to go back to get the remainder, I should have gotten the full prescription. When asked if/when they receive the med they could hold one box aside for me the Pharmacist (not regular staff) said "NO". On next visit when trying to purchase med. store rep said "Maybe you should go to the Mulholland location. The people there like brand name products. Corporate decides what we carry." When asked if I can special order their answer was "NO". When asked why some CVS can carry the brand name meds and not others... their answer is "I don't know." Their reply to other CVS locations carrying specialized tape was the same. CVS final remark: "if you're dissatisfied you can go to another pharmacy." How nice. No correction of deficient practice. If enough of us transfer our prescriptions to other pharmacies it may just make a difference. I know I am going to switch and encourage others to do the same. I don't need to be treated disrespectfully. Be aware...We have choices. Other pharmacies are hungry for our business especially when on multiple multiple medications. I went into this establishment about two days ago, there was an old woman stocking the toys. I honestly was hesitant to even ask her, I politely said, " I know it's a long stretch, but do you guys have any of the Needoh TOYS" she immediately rolled her eyes and said "I don't know why people are looking for these things it's for autism", first of all why are you discriminating me? second of all I'm asking you a yes or no question. I responded. It's a toy. And she immediately clapped back and said "it's a squishy not a toy.." I don't understand why she was so combative about a toy but she really was set on it. She said that she allowed one person to come in and buy all of them cause apparently they were buying them for the nearest school for autistic kids.. which all sounds like a bunch of bs, yes, it could be used for kids with autism, but there's people out here who have actual anxiety and these things help focus. She looks like a lying bitch at the end of the day so I don't believe a word she said, but the fact that you work at CVS and you want to tell people how to spend their money. Just had unfortunate incident, the man behind counter was having bad day. He appeared to be short handed and was helping a woman join their " extra care pass" or something. I was behind one woman waiting in line. The employee, Maurice, announced forcefully that there were 2 stations open - self serve. The woman in front of me declined and I saidy item was behind counter. This made him unhappy and he spoke loudly to the woman in front of me and told her " u can use self serve I will tell you how" she explained she really did not want to use it and was fine waiting. He kept at her and I told her quietly that she did not have to and a large man yelling at her was called intimidation . When it was my turn he went to get my item - I thought- but instead was on the phone yelling at a family member to have her call someone and she could not understand the phone number he was trying to give her. I thought his call was over so tried to tell him where my item was, this did not help him One positive- the $15 off coupon for my product did not come up so he did cancel the transaction and do it over and coupon came up Maybe management needs more help at 4 pm , maybe he is having a very bad day. But truly there is never a reason to yell at a customer and certainly not to try to make them do something they don't want to do. Apparently you can make an appointment for a vaccine via CVS's online scheduler, drive a half hour to the pharmacy location, only to be told the vaccine is out of stock. This has happened to me MULTIPLE times and is completely unacceptable. People have places to be and gas is expensive. read more

But I told her my mom is on her last pill, we were going back and forth, finally other lady decided to help me but when she tried to check me out, the computer shuts off. It feels weird to give CVS 4 stars. I mean, it's a CVS. I think I've only been in a few in my life. But, when I got home, I had to tell Jim G. about my experience, which suggests something, right? So I'm at the Home Goods next door and realize I need a couple things that Costco just doesn't have, or at least they don't have it in a size for normal people! I walk over to CVS and am amazed, no, wait, AMAZED at some of the cosmetics and toiletries they have. Perhaps I just haven't kept up to date with the changes at CVS stores, but I don't ever recall them having such things as: OPI, La Roche Posay, and they even had Bed Head Manipulator, which I love but can't ever find! It was a pleasant surprise. Checking out was quite a slow process, but the woman at the register was very nice. She even hooked me up with a CVS card/coupon type thing so I saved two bucks. Now it's still CVS, so bear in mind that the 4 stars are on the continuum of stores like CVS. But their selection is vast and I had no problem with the customer service, so it's all good for me. read more
