Update on my review of 4 years ago. This pharmacy is absolutely abhorrent now. Currently been on hold for 40 min as they continue to mess up my prescriptions. The dosage of one of my meds has been changed (months ago). I have addressed this 3 times with the techs and one pharmacist. They continue to fill an old RX and claim ignorant when I tell them it's been changed and I've brought this to their attention previously. I had a med scheduled for pick up on Dec 17. That day has come and gone and I get texts saying "they are working on it". Cmon read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady helping us on November 16, 2024 at 4:40 pm was one of the rudest people ever. She was not helpful at all and even with the confirmation # and the hospital saying they sent it over she said that she was un-able to help. We gave her the hospital phone number so she could double check. and confirm the meds yet she said she wouldn't and walked away. Do not go to this CVS, hopefully the manager will handle their employee. Very disappointed in Target and CVS. Stop hiring rude & unhelpful people. read more

Note no reviews showing for the last year. First, the pharmacists that left last year-Angela and Galina- pulled this dumpster fire across the prior years. Now it's just sad. Zero customer service; zero suggestions for alternatives when life saving meds become back ordered for days, weeks, months. CVS is in trouble all across the country. Excellent service and great "small town" pharmacy feel. The pharmacists: Galina and Angela are top notch. The techs: Meghan (above all) are equally fantastic. They know my name, my preferences and they all work very, very hard. They are stretched very thin, yet they are unfailingly cheerful, helpful and professional. I have tried other pharmacies due to being all over SoCal for work and always compare the service of others with this one. The service is excellent. I appreciate it so much since I'm in customer service as well. They go above and beyond by being prompt, accurate and always setting expectations and delivering. They even helped me save money as Zuma the pharmacy tech gave me a tip to get an online coupon for a medicine that was not covered by my insurance. That was so considerate. Due to my busy schedule as a business owner I'm often pressed for time and have came to the pharmacy within 10 min of closing expecting to not get my script filled until the next day. However Nena the Pharmacist was so kind to fill it at the risk of staying later/overtime. Such a nice gesture that is above and beyond service which goes such a long way. This pharmacy has ZERO hours! On so many occasions, I have come in a rush to pick up meds and they were not open during on time; over 10-15 mins late on several occasions. Once I came in the middle of the day, and the techs couldnt help me because the pharmacist was taking lunch break. They told me she was due back in 10. I "shopped" around Target for 30 mins and came back; she was still not there. I needed meds for my wife who had just gotten out of surgery, but they didn't care. They are pretty good at this pharmacy. I have been a customer for many years since way before it was a CVS when it was just Target Pharmacy. I did not give them a 5 star today and the reason is (I have never rated them before) because I discovered that when the Pharmacist takes lunch they can not fill prescriptions. When I pressed a little I was told it is not a scheduled thing but a random time, "whenever she breaks for lunch". I felt this was a bit of an inconvenience and if it has to be that they can't cover that hour (which is wrong and not customer service friendly in my opinion) they do need to absolutely somehow make this know maybe posted, and on their hours of operation on the phone system and it needs to be constant. You can not risk having a sick or disabled patient sitting around because you are eating lunch! read more

This is the BEST little pharmacy around! Anyone who says different is just a passer-by! Galena and her team are on the FRONT LINE and people forget that! They put their lives on the line everyday on top of vaccinating the masses they are filling prescriptions, trouble-shooting, consulting with customers about not only their medications, but when their COVID vaccines can be administered, administering COVID vaccines, along with all other vaccines! If you have a problem because someone needs a break to eat lunch - then pick a finger!! We are talking about professional, kind, knowledgeable human beings who take the time with you to make sure you are taken care of. I have been with this team for over a decade and I choose this pharmacy over the 25 others I pass to get there! When you get a call back and your questions are answered and your meds are filled and you see when you arrive how hard this team works - take a minute and be amazed that these are humans ON THE FRONT LINE FOR YOU!
