I was never notified of the cancellation, so I called to understand what had happened. At CVS, you need to leave a message and the pharmacist will call you back. They called me back in a timely manner, which is appreciated, However, as the call connected, I overheard the pharmacist making disparaging comments about my voicemail to another employee, and they were both laughing about it. I was shocked and found it unprofessional and disrespectful. When I addressed what I had heard to the pharmacist, the conversation quickly became confrontational. Rather than acknowledging my concern, the pharmacist became defensive, stating that she was the one who was offended - justifying her rude and combative behavior. I couldn't understand why she was the one who was offended (is it because I called out the behavior?) When I asked for her name, she replied only, "Pharmacist." I clarified that I was requesting her actual name, at which point she hung up on me. I immediately contacted corporate to report the interaction. Patients should be treated with professionalism and respect, especially when calling with questions about their medications. A simple apology or professional explanation would have gone a long way. As a result of this experience, I transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed in the way this pharmacist spoke to me, I hope she doesn't treat people this way on a daily basis.

I'm giving 3 stars because there are also employees who provide excellent customer service. Oscar is always friendly and welcoming. He smiles every time I need assistance, especially when the self-checkout isn't working properly. He is patient, helpful, and professional. Brianna is also very kind, as was the younger lady working on the evening of 6/1/26. The positive attitude and customer service from employees like Oscar, Brianna, and the other team members are the reason I'm not giving a lower rating.

Because of that, we end up missing out on rewards and deals. Savannah and Ruby are always friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. However, Andrew is a different experience. He often has a straight face and comes across as unfriendly. His attitude seems to depend on the day, but customer service should be consistent. Unfortunately, he's very difficult to deal with, which makes the overall experience less enjoyable.

So I left my house and by the time I arrived to the store, I got an email that it was cancelled. I still walked inside the store to get familiar with where things are if I was to come back here again. The photo department is on the left side of the store and the pharmacy is toward the back. The prices of things will vary depending on what you're looking for but most of the time, it is pricer here than other places from my experience. I found parking easily and they also have destinated parking spots for curbsides pickup.

I have been a customer at this location for MANY years. Got my refill sent these today, out of nowhere I was told that will not refill it because I get all my meds at the North Hollywood location. Um huh? He was rude and didn't even listen to me. Told me to call my local CVS and tell her to transfer my order and he will send the medication to there. . The second call was the kicker. I call my local pharmacy, she was dumbfounded, told me this prescription was not able to be transferred and that I need a new one from my doctor. geezus, do they speak to each other? SO, I call back Woodland Hills. I asked to speak to a manager, oh guess what, she left..of course. I spoke to some lady who was ruder that the first dude. Now, all of a sudden, they don't have my order anymore, even though I see it on my CVS app. At this point, I am beyond frustrated. Hung up with zero resolution, I then called CVS Caremark, who runs my prescription, she had NEVER heard of CVS doing this. This is still CVS and not a whole different pharmacy. She gets nowhere. The lady at the pick up station helping me was not wearing a name badge but I heard another employee call her Nuri or Yuri, something similar (lady with shoulder length black hair). I told her I had applied for the extra care points and she scuffed at me and shook her head annoyed at me then walked away to get something to reset her computer. I have cancer and I'm just picking up my medicine. I don't deserve to be treated like that or made to feel bad for doing something the CVS system asked me to do. That was a horrible feeling, I will not be returning to this pharmacy! The only good part was the woman who helped me apply my insurance card to my medication price, a lot of thanks to her. While seemingly there are advantages to the ExtraCare/ExtraCare Plus, many customers simply want to pay for what they want and need and go home. Others don't have the "credentials" necessary, namely an email address, and that makes it impossible for them to participate. Today I saw an elderly couple not be able to make their purchase because the system couldn't enroll them without an email address, which they said several times they did not have one. Never did I hear the employee tell them that they could just make their purchase anyway. They left without what they needed. No apology, just "it won't let me do that without an email because there is nowhere to send..." And then it was my turn and I was greeted by "Next" (I was the only one standing there waiting) and called "Boss". Normally I look past this mannerism of the younger generation but today it made it clear that there seems to be a lack of respect for elders by some CVS employees. This is clearly a management failure. While the young man was never outrightly rude, he was never polite either. How about a bit more respect and understanding for the senior members of the community, who are a large part of the CVS customer base?

My wife and I came here last night to look at baby strollers and car seat which they had some good selections on display. They had more floor displays here than other Target that we visited. The baby department is on the first floor, so just look at the directory so you know where to go. There are staff throughout the store ready to help, they didn't approach us while we were in the store but I went up to one to ask a couple of questions. There also an Ulta Beauty department as well. This Target has its own structure that you can park at if you want but I decided to park at the mall parking structure. There also a Starbucks and Pizza Hit inside here as well.
