I would like to request the name and number of the owner of this pharmacy contracted with the West Hills medical center. I do not want a pharmacy manager or supervisor I want the owners name and number ASAP! Been coming here for years...unfortunately when there is a mistake made on their part they don't own up to it they just pass the buck and transfer you to other people either in person or on the phone. Admit that you billed the incorrect insurance etc and take responsibility and fix it so we patients/customers do not have to endure additional pain when we're already not feeling well. Some of us are permanently disabled and this behavior is unacceptable. We spend endless hours waiting on a phone and writing down what the problem is so we can help fix it but no one is willing to work with it. They blame the patient, get huffy with attitude and are beyond negative. read more

Staff is slower than molasses here. Waited a half hour after they were supposed to be open, staff still wasn't there. Janitor staff said they're always about 15-20 min late. I ended up going back upstairs to my doctor and had them fax over the prescription to Rite Aid. Got back downstairs at 9:45am and they were open. Absolutely unacceptable. Also about a month before this incident, I needed a prescription filled and had my mother pick it up 5 hours later and it still wasn't ready. She had to wait 15 minutes for them to get it together. I really don't understand why they are so unorganized here. Better off going to Rite Aid, CVS, etc. read more

I am only 2 miles away and I love this drugstore. I am vehemently opposed to the traditional chains, like CVS and Walmart. I am very glad to have found a local and friendly pharmacy like Royal Hills. My opinion is that --When there's something as important as your health and medications - you want a reliable person like Nelson to guide you. At the major chains, I never see the same pharmacist there. While I don't fill many prescriptions (or often), I do recommend Royal Hills to all my friends in the area. read more

Great staff, very quick. The pharmacist is very helpful and carding. The only reason I would not give them five stars is that their hours are short and their not open on the weekends. However, The personal care and fast service out ways the lack of hours open, so they get five stars from me. I was burned out on getting the Rite Aid / CVS impersonal help and care - I'd rather go to Royal Hills get personal care. The one on one attention you get from the pharmacist let's me know there will be no mistakes. You can fax your prescriptions in and then pick them up in less then an hour. When I have dropped off my prescription I have never waited longer then 10 mins. Now CVS and Rite Aid can't compete with that! read more

This pharmacy is great! The staff is always so friendly, and the pharmacist, Nelson, is one of the nicest, caring pharmacists I have ever met. Everyone there definitely cares about my health and they always goes out of their way to spend individual time with me to make sure I understand my medications. If I can't make it into the store for any reason, they always offer to mail my prescription to my house or do a delivery. Great service!
