I've had 2 instances where I've been promised the manager would call me regarding a complaint, calls to are not returned. I had a structural problem with my power sofa, springs or mechanism snapped, within the first year. The service guy, Dan, repaired it and it broke again - same exact problem within 5 months after the repair. I'm being told that the repair is only guaranteed for 30 days and I would have to pay $160 per hr for another service call. He will not waive his labor fee. I tried to contact the manager to see if we could come up with a reasonable resolution or at least voice my complain to the company. No call back, again! Customer loyalty means nothing at La-Z-Boy and sadly their well know name doesn't represent quality furniture or exceptional customer's service. Quite the opposite. Very disappointed!
