I placed an order and had a question about my delivery. No one responded to my emails or phone calls. The man who dropped off my delivery didn't want to come to my door. eaze charged me 3 duplicate charges for the same order and are refusing to give me the money back. they constantly offer "credit" instead of just sending me the money that they stole from me. i do not recommend giving any of your business to this place -they are extremely sketchy. when you view the transactions from this place, it shows up as a "fitness center" called "first fitness" -which (intentionally) makes it difficult to retrieve any stolen funds they may have in their possession. i have been battling with them the last 2 days since i realized they over charged me and have still not received any help. read more

On 7/1/24, I returned to exchange my gummies, and the guy was very rude, acted entitled, and said "What do you expect, I only make a little over minimum wage", when I asked if I could get the contact information and name of a manager, regional manager, and/or owner. He said no. I bought a bunch of gummies on Fri., 6/21/24. One of the packages was manufactured in June of 2023 and expires at the end of this month. I've left 3 messages on 2 different phone #s and still had not received a callback. On 7/1/24, I was told by the employee that the owners were cheap asses and that there is no telephone in the shop. I called the phone # on the website, only to find out it is the support line for phone orders and supposedly they don't have the direct line phone # for the store. Today, I sent a message to the store via a Yelp "contact the business" message. We'll see what happens. This store does NOT include all the fees and taxes into the price of their items like a lot of other stores do. I will not be returning to this store in the future. There are other stores in very close proximity to this one to choose from. The store was neat, clean and well stocked. They have a wide variety of brands and products to choose from. read more

The only slight drawback was that the address function on the website is a bit wonky and didn't pick up my apartment number, but there was an easy chat function and a notes field on the order for next time. Cons - Prices posted in display is NOT including sales tax. Since it's based off % of amount you spend, the more you get, the more you pay. They do have days where they offer discounts, but usually never on days I myself can make it there. The "Displayed" products showing THC levels are usually higher and NOT equal to the ones sold to you (so you're not Always getting what you think your paying for). I feel that the points incentive system they provide is a joke. The incentive given for the amount you spend doesn't really add up in my personal opinion. All in all, if you want to be in a professional looking store and don't mind paying a little extra, this place is definitely catered to you.
