I went to AT&T to try to get help. She had no clue. Directed me to go to U-Tec down from it!! Best thing ever!! Greeted by Kimmie. She was great. Confident in getting it fixed. Apparently, very messed up. She was supposed it didn't break down sooner with the big pixel dot showing. Told I could take a sear inside and it would be about 30 minutes. Sat down. Safe, clean, cool and comfortable. A lot of cute cases to view to buy. Before you know it, I was called, it was fixed and working!! Thankful!! Paid for it, told I could contact if any issues, but shouldn't be and wished. Good day!! Relieved!! Cell looks brand new!! Great service and GREAT phone repair!! Highly recommended!! Their only solution is that Asurion will cover the phone and replace it for me. My 30k photos and videos on my 1TB device is now stuck and I can not access because I have the screen of death on my phone. I am very upset with this crappy company.
