The time I did live here I had maintenance issue after maintenance issue, the building is really old and when you first move in you're don't notice the issues. I had 3 water leaks in the same bathroom, each time I had terrible communication, they left their dirty rage and a mess in my bathroom after each job. We had a ceiling patch that was never fully done but it was such a waste of my time to contact them to finish on a count of how long it took, when it was finally notice even the 3rd party that came to fix it said they did a terrible job and it probably has mold inside..Our second bathroom also had a leak and destroyed the base board, they out sourced the fix but just left the baseboards like that open and exposed in inside of the wall to moisture for mold growth. The gardeners will blow the dirt inside your windows and door if it's open, and the place has a serious roach problem... I have finally moved out and thought it was finally over but I've been doing the run around to get my deposit back for ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW!!! Never received a link (they do digital only) the first couple times and when I did they didn't even send it to all adults they state it's suppose to be done. Whe I emailed then again to let them know the manager just seemed to brush it off and said it would be mailed.. so now im waiting to see if it arrives in the mail but its been over a week already and will probably get returned to them FOR A SECOND TIME.. save yourself the headache look somewhere else

Alba has been with us from the start, she's always on top of communication answering all of our questions and concerns. Pete and Ruben are the friendliest grounds keepers and always will help with anything. These apartments are very well maintained, professionally cleaned and sanitized before move in and move out. It's very modern and roomy. Should anything need immediate maintenance they have onsite maintenance there 24/7. That also means if someone trips an alarm or something by accident you won't hear it for hours. Its a very nice gated community with surveillance cameras everywhere and on site patrol at night. The heating and a/c are top notch as well as all the other appliances. We rarely ran into issues but if we did it was fixed super fast. The staff have special events every so often for children as well as free pizza or raffles to win things like full thanksgiving meals, etc. Parking is great theres plenty for cars needing charging stations or cover. The amazon package hub and mail are very secure, easy to use. We had two dogs and it was easy to get them to the designated dog pen. Its all kept very clean! There are so many amazing places nearby to eat and the bay is just up the street! If you're nervous to apply like we were because we had a lot going on at the time that sounded complicated to explain, just try! The staff are very understanding and will try to help you succeed. We are very thankful for the chance we had. There really isn't anything negative to report, we loved this apartment and they were always fair never asking for large increases in rent renewals. They also give plenty of advance notice for fire alarm testing, main hallway carpet cleaning, elevator maintenance, and any in unit quick inspections for yearly fire sprinkler upkeep that is just fast in and out look. Again, I highly recommend living here, it was an easy 3 yrs and we were very comfortable here.

They are all very friendly, professional, and hardworking; they have also gone out of their way to help me a few times which was so nice! The grounds are always kept clean, it's secure and quiet. There is also roaming security at night which is a bonus. The apartments are beautiful and it's really nice to be able to enjoy a pool, jacuzzi, gym, and clubhouse. I'm so happy to have chosen Del Oro. Highly recommend!

They keep us safe with the enclosed gates, our grounds are always well maintained if we ever have a problem with our unit it is always quickly and professionally repaired. When it comes to the office well all I can say is they know how to do their jobs and they do an awesome job. There is a young man that works in the office that if I could give him 20 stars he would deserve it. He is friendly, kind and when it comes to doing his job he does it with pride. This young man treats everyone he helps with respect. When you walk in the office the first person you see is always the person who leaves a lasting impression and you couldn't have a better man representing your company.

I just don't remember her name but she works at the rental office and lives there too. But as for the apartments they are roach infested when I moved in I asked is there any pest? the lady said "NO, WE JUST FUMIGATED" and I could tell since the cabinets were full of dead roaches. They need to replace all the bathrooms instead of painting over the MOLD! over and over. I know a lot of the people that live there and have lived there for more then 15 years and they have yet to have their home REMODELED! they are going by sections, but it doesnt take them 2 years to do so, and that is not an exaggeration. They have been saying for years that they were going to replace the floors and carpets, and cabinets. they replaced the cabinets but for the same crappy cheap vintage looking crap instead of investing in something that would look good, and more modern. also they DON'T ALLOW DOGS, but they allow CATS, for some odd reason... I am still trying to figure out why when every building had at least one DOG HIDDEN and the dogs were cleaner quieter then the nasty cats that you would find in the front door, your car, or the trash every time you went to trow the trash out. So I would like to ask why is it that no dogs are allowed when i have yet to see one of the dog owners there not clean up after their dogs, (they always did, their dogs were always quiet and kept rodents away) not like the cats they ate the rodents and left them in the middle of the road and attracted skunks and what not. They really need to change their pet policy to if you have a CAT keep it out of the trash in your home and not fighting in the middle of the night since there is always cats in heat screaming and crying and fighting right in the courtyards. NEUTER YOUR CAT KEEP IT INSIDE AND OFF OTHERS PROPERTIES. ALSO THE PARKING LOT NEEDS TO BE MORE ORGANIZED, AND THERE SHOULD BE A SPECIFIED SPOT FOR THE MONSTER TRUCKS THAT ARE AROUND SO THEY DON'T TAKE UP 2 OR 3 SPOTS.

I came here a while back ago when my brother was decorating his house, he was looking for a "unique" rug, and after checking out countless galleries in San Diego, we ended up here. It was a large beautiful rug with purple, orange and blue accents. Sounds foul, but trust me it's gorgeous. It has such a unique texture, totally worth every penny.
