Waldorf yall did it to me again! This was posted on Monday, April 27, 2026 at around noon. I just paid $59 plus a lil tip (because I'm not a monster) for the most basic azz, botched pedicure of my life! Her name was Brenda and she's been working at the shop for about a year and she also works at Longhorn in the area. She was nice and all yall but she basically tickled my feet and gave me one of the worse paint job I've ever experienced. I have a question WALDORF, how do you all give this place almost 4 stars for work like this?! I don't like to post my feet unless I'm getting paid but I had to make an exception because what? I went in with the intent to get a pedicure and gel nail but when I'm somewhere new, I start with seeing how they do on my pedicure first. This was a Spanish speaking shop across from a Spanish Market and next door to a liquor store which is neither here nor there but for informational purposes only. Listen, it was quiet (went on a Monday around 11:30am) and the ladies seemed super sweet but yall.... I'm sure she has no idea how displeased but b/c I'd rather receive mediocre service than gripe and complain I just grinned and bared it. I'm no Karen okay! But yall It's only remotely not that bad only because it's gel. I mean how much can you mess that up, right! But yall, it was way too costly for how sloppy the work and just not worth it. I did the basic gel pedicure with paraffin. Something I don't do often. I selected a light or Barbie pink color but I changed it because she was having so much trouble finding my color choice. Here is all she did wrong: 1. No proper intro: hello, my name is Brenda, thank you for coming in today. Please pick your color and take a seat and I'll be right with you. 2. Too light of a touch. I actually felt like she was being funny or just really scared. 3. No gentle suggestive selling. She actually started my service w/o know my color choice and stating her English is not too good. Okay but come on! Make that money girl and don't just over charge for subpar service PLEASE!! 4. The water was very shallow and luke warm. She simply handed me a price list and did not clarify my desire of service. 5. The paint was sloppy and all on my cuticles and top of toe. I have fat, wide feet with a short, very square nail bed. So I don't require a ton of polish. I like sharp line and thin even coats. I am so sick of this! I gotta go all the way to VA for professional nail service because Waldorf girlies just can't get it right. Waldorf yall full of subpar services and I'm over it!! I'm sorry to the owner for this harsh review but I gotta be real. Consistency is key the people will pay more for that. My money is too hard earned for this foolishness. The nails are really just barely okay and that not okay. I could have saved my $65 and did it myself. ‍Never again!‍ read more

The lady that did my pedicure forgot to put hot towels on my legs. It came with what I wanted. She also cut my skin by my toe and it was burning. She painted onto my skin and didn't bother to clean up the polish. Now the first time I went I had a good lady. Second time was terrible! Then when I went to check out, I told her she forgot to wrap my leg up with the hot towels. She was talkin low and kept shaking her head. So I asked for a manager, she said no manager. I seen another lady and a man that work there and I said excuse me. No one answered. So the lady proceeded to say they don't have a manager. Also the lady said she doesn't speak English and no one else there did also. I left out and called the 301 number that came up when I tap the call button. A lady answered and I told her what happened. She did apologize and said she would send a $10 giftcard, which by the way I never received. read more

For my g daughter's birthday I took for her 1st Mani Pedi. It was on a Monday early afternoon & our wait was long as we didn't have an appointment. They only had 2 working nail techs. Connie our tech was sweet & professional. I had a #4 runners pedi which includes a foot & calf scrub & massage. To die for! I almost fell asleep. The massage chair was also quite relaxing. Had they offered a drink I would have surely taken a nap. I'm over 60 & must say this pedicure was if not the best ties as best. Connie does great work. My feet never looked better-my feet need a Lot of TLC. My g daughter chose 2 different colors & was so happy with her results. They have discounted prices for children. As low as their prices are there's really no need. I paid $40 & $55 for mine & I think her's was somewhere around $15 less. If I could I would definitely be a regular of Connie. The place is lovely-high end & classy. You don't feel like you're in a warehouse. They also use new tools per client. I highly recommend going. They offer many options of services including eyebrows. Terrible service! Pls don't waste your time coming here. I had my feet soaking for over 30minutes and had no one to work on my pedicure. They are severely short on workers. You will have the same person doing your pedicure and running to do another persons fill in and then going to someone rise for a manicure. A pedicure that should take nothing more than an hr will end up taking almost 3hrs! Terrible service overall. Never going back! Oh forgot to add, the owner is a racist at best. Her name is Lisa. This was my second time visiting Eazy Nails Spa. I got a full set with gel polish done last Thursday. Recently my nail ripped off (very easily) so I went back today (1 week later) to replace the acrylic nail. The male employee worked on the nail repair and I instantly could tell he was not happy about it. I couldn't recall the nail color & I kept repeating that I couldn't find the same color. It took several tries before he assisted with finding a color. I was still unsure if this was the correct color but he continued to move forward with it. I noticed as he was repairing my nail that it was quickly done with no base nor top cost before polishing nails only twice. The nail color is NOT the same as my other nails. I mentioned it to him and he got upset. Another female employee tried to convince me otherwise. Customer service was terrible. I left without the proper service I should've received. I came in my first time to get my nails done for my wedding (I was so scared) this week and she was more than accommodating. I was absolutely blown away, and went well above expectations. Came in on a Sunday afternoon, fairly empty. Everyone was nice enough. An older lady did my gel pedicure and did a fantastic job. She took her time from the massage to my cuticle care. I didn't feel rushed at all. And all for only $51! People would charge this much and rush through the pedicure. You can book an appointment online but the prices aren't completely accurate, but I think that's only because it doesn't allow you to clarify reg or gel polish. I am so disappointed! I was looking for a new salon to start going to since I'm relatively new to the area and this one happened to come recommended! The first problem is the location! It is difficult to find even using the GPS! The second and biggest problem is that I made an appointment on their beautiful website, only to walk in and be told to have a seat! I looked around and saw that there were 3 people working on the 3 of the 4 customers in the shop! It was clear that the person waiting with her feet soaking would be next, so I decided to leave and drove down the street to their competitor where I was waited on as soon as I walked in, and was offered something to drink and fruit while I received my pedicure! Like everyone else (LOL), I found yelp and saw Kelly's name! I had the Kelly experience yesterday and I am NOT disappointed! I asked her, for future reference, if she was the only one that did nails and she said no, there are a few techs there that does nails. The shop is clean and bright. A decent size and I can imagine what a busy saturday could entail..I called first to ensure she was working and not busy with a customer. Once I got there, I immediately helped. My nails had to be soaked off before she got started. Everyone is helpful and they offer water & sodas (sorry guys, no wine here!). I was there for about 1.5 hours and am very satisfied! I'm so surprised that this place has decent reviews. I had to check the address to make sure I was in the right spot. If I had to describe this place in one would be "raggedy." The prices are cheap because they don't invest in cleaning, fixing up the place, etc. I got a manicure and pedicure. One positive is that they use a liner in the foot bowl for cleanliness. However, I didn't see the lady grab her tools from the sterilizer. I had to use the bathroom and the tools where already there. I pray it was clean. Bathroom was dirty. I should have left then. She rushed the whole time. I asked for lavender scrub, and I saw her dig out honey and melon scrub. Strike 1. She put a glob of base coat down which made all the other coats lumpy. I told her about it when I first saw it. She told me it would look better after a few coats. Then I told her to take it off and redo it. Strike 2. She didn't wash my manicure bowl out and put it back for reuse. I probably had a dirty bowl too. Strike 3. The last and final straw was watching those poor fish swim around a filthy tank. The water was grey and cloudy. There was film caked on the tubes in the tank. Between having to ask the tech to redo things which was lack of attention and rushing to the dusty decor to the dirty fish tank, I will never come back. I came here to relax but I had to watch her to make sure my pedicure came out decent. read more

Yelp does it again!!! I was stuck in a traffic jam on 301 and decided to wait it out and looked for a nail salon nearby. This one came up immediately and with 4 stars I decided to give it a try. It's right behind the Golden Corral off 301 in a strip mall that's pretty unimpressive to look at. If you like fancy, this ain't it. The decor is your OG salons from the 90s, but the pedicure chairs are newish. Per the reviews, I asked for Kelly, but she was off so I opted for a mani/pedi in lieu of my desired full set. The tech was amazing! She didn't speak English but she clearly understood what I wanted. My toes were a mess as I've been moving and haven't found a nail salon home (and haven't had an hour to sit in weeks) and my nails were equally terrible. She took her time cleaning my cuticle, clipping my ingrown sides, and immediately understood my desired shape and length! She did such a good job, I went with a clear polish on both my hands and feet. The basic pedicure would probably have been fine, by based on how long it had been since I had one, I went with the callous removal as well. The hot stone was barely warm and there was no exfoliating scrub (apparently it's an upgrade), but her massage was credible and I felt like she took exactly the time needed to give an excellent pedicure. No more, no less. The manicure was quick and she expertly removed layers of grody cuticle, buffed, and polished my nails with the same clear polish in gel because I hate flaking. Overall, I feel like the service was perfect and the price was just right ($50 for both). Other shops I feel you're paying for their location, so if you're not put off by potholes in the parking lot or dated decor, definitely try this place out! I'll be going back to see them when Kelly's in for my holiday nails!! read more

I came to this salon once things started to open back up during Covid 19! As it was one of the few salons 1st open at the time. Of course the thought of being in such a frequented place that provides in essence a hygiene service I was a little apprehensive but I had been to this salon one time prior about a year ago. And they were just as friendly and well maintained as I remembered! I got a real nail manicure for the 1st time(usually get tip acrylics) and I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome! First time here and came based off the "stars". Worst manicure I've ever had. The man (didn't talk or tell me his name at all) rushed through and didn't use all the tools a regular manicure/full set gets. I asked for gel, didn't get gel, and didn't just the thin pointed attachment that gets all the glue off from underneath and around the nail. Didn't tell me to wash my hands, didn't do cuticles, and no massage. Service was terrible. I picked glue and debris off my nails underneath and around the edges for a good 15 minutes. Sent me to the pedicure chair and had I not needed one so badly, I would have left right then. Just stick with what you know. My regular place was booked and I was going out of town. Honestly the best place to get your nails done in Waldorf period! I'm just mad that I finally found a place in Waldorf that I really like and now we are moving. The first time I came here I had my nails done at another place that did dip and Kelly took her time removing it, it was on so thick that it took a long time. The first time I came here I ended up getting gel manicure. It lasted a long time which is hard for me cause I constantly work with my hands that I end up picking at it, but not this time. I love this place so much that I brought my boyfriend here to get a pedicure while I ended up getting acrylics nails for the first time. Kelly did an awesome job.
