Luis and his crew removed our old pool in a neighborhood where heavy equipment wasn't an option, so most of the work had to be done by hand. Their skill, professionalism, and attention to detail were impressive. Once demolition was complete, a talented team of craftsmen brought our vision to life. They poured new concrete, built a beautiful stacked-stone retaining wall, and installed stunning travertine pavers throughout the patio. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Our project manager, Jorge, kept both the demolition and construction phases running smoothly. All were sent the pictures posted here. 4 set up assessment appointments. Several posted the repair as $150-$250. We knew that the broken pieces costs about $1.00 each. Oscar was 1 if the 1st to respond. His price sounded realistic. We scheduled a visit. He confirmed the appointment and texted when he was in route. He is the only professional to show up. He quickly diagnosed the issue and confirmed the cost. The repair took about 5 minutes. We tested the system and he took a video since this was 3/4 down the hillside. He discussed how the drip system works and the issue if the water pressure was too strong. He never tried to up sell even though there were possible projects on the hillside. On Friday, I found Flawless on Yelp and got an appointment for Saturday. Adrian showed up on time and got to work. He checked out the many different lines and got to the source of the problem. He resolved the electrical issue so the sprinkler system could actually run. He came back on Monday to rewire the connections to protect the lines from future damage. He made sure all the lines were running. He found a problem with 1 zone and fixed it before finishing up. He did a great job and I've asked him for an estimate for a few other big landscaping projects.
