They made my move easy and painless last August 2017. Then the owner of the property decided no more rentals and they were forced to give me a 60-day notice to terminate my agreement. That notice came the day after I moved out of my condo in Calabasas as I needed to sell. The day after that I lost a dear writer friend to cancer. I was devastated. I had a really bad experience with Plus Property Management and Tower gave me advice of my rights as a prospective tenant (I haven't been one in many years.) They held my hand, then helped me find another awesome house. Not only did they empathize with my problem, but they went to work to solve it. I will forever be grateful. His family remember rents from them but he sleeps in his car. He has had numerous domestic disputes outside of the apartments that have led to arrests but of course he is out within a few days. Multiple neighbors have called this property management place to complain about their renter and what they are allowing and the manager responds "there is nothing we can do." Any company that allows this is not a company you want to rent from. Police are coming and going. This is also on south H so a very good neighborhood but this man and his family is bringing down the neighborhood.
