"We really only carry those around Christmas, but have one or two leftover" was the initial response. After a few minutes of discussing bikes an apparent friend came in and the employee broke off our discussion mid-sentence to talk to him. Again, the reviews say this is a good place for eBikes and it seemed like they have a lot of them, but if you're looking for something mid-range for an 8-14-year-old (something better than Walmart), I would recommend someplace else. This is not the same place as when Mac owned it.

The guy working said he needed 45 more minutes because he needed 30 minutes to eat his lunch because he said he needed to take care of himself, and then he would need 15 minutes to put the tire on. Long story short, we left and got a text about an hour later and it turns out the only thing they did was fix the flat. Customer service was non existent and there was zero transparency about the turn around time. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Jay, Timothy and the entire staff come across as enthusiasts who are also committed professionals. I rode several bikes when I was there and got an idea what to consider. I didn't feel any pressure to buy on the spot, and Jay cheerfully answered any questions I had as I was doing my research. After the purchase, I had a minor problem with one of the tubeless tires I had requested. Jay and the team jumped right on it, addressed the issue, and also talked me through what was going on and how it all works. I really appreciate that approach - I want to know all I can about my bike, and they are happy to educate me. I called and talked to Luke on the phone and described what my 11-year-old daughter was looking for in a bike - I had a make and model in mind. They didn't carry that specific one, but he spent 15+ minutes looking online and making suggestions of similar options. We decided on one (a Haro) and even though it was above what I was looking to spend, the customer service on a cold call from someone random was top-notch. They even went out of their way to special order a white basket for the front of the bike and mounted it. My daughter has been riding it every day since we got it. Their bike tech Stephen was great on the phone when I described what she wanted in a basket. It's not cheap, but it's not outrageous, and the customer service I experienced was on another level. If you're looking for something that will last your kids many years, I highly recommend coming here.

When entering the TREK Franklin shop tell the Managers that you have been warned about the Employee RYAN and Stay Far Away from the employee named RYAN and make it possible to get your CORRECT SIZE BIKE. Easy 5* for results, price, and customer service!…read more So wifey and I bought new ebikes and they both needed a good tune up with brakes and gears ... we put out a "Yelp request" for service around our place in downtown Nashville and received 3 responses - Daniel from Epic Bike shop being the first to respond. He was a 20 minute drive from downtown but had really great prices and was quick to respond so we decided to give him a try ... what a great decision! So Epic was an easy 5 star cuz: +great service on bikes, cleaned them up and took real great care with tune up +given prices that were much less than downtown shops we also added tuffy liners and slime in the tires and put a rack on my wife's bike +great customer service Daniel is passionate about bikes and it clearly shows - he gave us a great tour of his shop and many bike projects. His specialty is building motorized gas engine bikes - and he did a great job on our normal bikes. I also had him work in my wife's ebike motor and that turned out great as well. So - give Daniel a call, make the drive out to Springfield Tn and be delighted with his service, price and results.
