When after 3.5 years they started falling apart, they wouldn't even repair them (as they promised repeatedly they would) until trying to sell me another pair. LOTS of businesses make custom insoles. As I've learned later, others charge much much less. And their service is far more honest. Stay away from these people. They will say anything to make a buck.

This makes sense because they are located right on Broadway in the middle of Yale University. The focus here is the great outdoors and clothing for active living. Mark who works on the second floor helped me find the right pair of boots first by measuring my foot and then finding a couple of sizes to make sure they are comfortable.
