Mo called me after knowing our dissatisfaction with their service and promised to make up for it. He gave us a free cleaning service to make up for the issue. He sent 3 cleaners to ensure the right service is provided. They came on time and asked which area we'd like cleaned. You just have to be very specific as they don't really clean inside the cabinets. I ended up cleaning the cabinet below the sink. They just clean what's visible/cabinet doors. This is a move in cleaning we've initially hired them for so I thought it's automatic they should know what to clean but you really have to tell them if you need them to clean something that's out of the ordinary (for them). I didn't ask them to vacuum the carpet anymore as we've hired somebody else to deep clean it the previous wk. they cleaned the ceiling fans,kitchen counter, cabinet doors and bathrooms. ******Initial review****** I don't normally This is my first time to leave a negative review to anyone as I always let it go if there are things that I don't like in services we received. But I think this is something that I cannot let pass. We hired them to clean our 2 beds 2 bath condo that we just bought. The house is still empty. Nothing for them to move. We hired a different company to clean the carpet upstairs so we told them to just clean the floor tiles in kitchen, living room and dining thoroughly, no need to clean the carpet. I also asked the lady (Diana) when I scheduled with them if the washer and fridge are included as well as the kitchen cabinets and she confirmed. She read to me the list of items that they will clean. We were scheduled for 9:30am so my husband went there early in the morning as we still haven't moved there yet. Day of the cleaning, I got a text to expect them to be there from 9:30-10am. I wasn't advised about this when I scheduled with them. Anyway, the lady was 40 mins late. When we got back later in the afternoon to check, the dishwasher, counter and the cabinets were not cleaned. The floor tiles are still dirty. See pictures I took after checking. The windows and gas range have very visible marks that those were wiped with water but they did not dry them so it looks dirty. It took an hour before the gas range worked because of too much liquid used when cleaning. My husband ended up buying a mop and other cleaning supplies to clean the floor, dishwasher and cabinets. It's like night and day. Seems like those were not touched by the cleaner at all. I called and Diane just said she will make a note of it and kinda shrugged it off. Not even apologetic at all. I'm not looking for a refund or something. I just need them to be responsible for the service they provide and ensure they do their job properly. read more

We purchased a home and wanted a DEEP cleaning prior to us moving in. I called and asked them if they would perform such a service and they let me know they had a "Move in/Move out" cleaning that does just that. So I went ahead and booked it out many weeks in advance to ensure that I had them arrive after we closed escrow, but before the movers were coming. The day arrived when they were supposed to show up at 12pm-3pm and no one showed up. I then called to ask where they were at and they asked if they could come back the next day. I said that wouldn't work as we had carpet cleaners coming later that day and we were headed out of town and would need the cleaning to happen that day (mind you this was scheduled weeks prior). Then around 4pm two cleaners showed up, didn't say anything to me and just came in and started cleaning and said a 3rd person would be in to talk with us. 30 minutes later a 3rd person came into clean and the 1st 2 people LEFT without saying anything. The 3rd person stayed for 3 hours and basically cleaned our kitchen and only wiped things down. This was not the type of service that I paid for and asked for originally. We still ended getting charged and then over a week later I received a call from the company asking how my cleaning went. I explained how poor service and quality of the job they did and she seemed to care and be apologetic. She then offered to provide another FREE cleaning to make up for the bad experience. I agreed and asked her to email me so that I have something in writing. She said that she would do it right away... well 3 weeks later I still have not received anything from this company. I would stay away and not use them. One of the cleaners also mentioned that it's under new ownership and the owner doesn't know anything about this business nor does he care. I would avoid using them as there are plenty of other good options in the area who stand by their word and do good work. read more

This place is a joke. I hired them to clean out an apartment and the maids mostly just complained that it was too dirty to clean and then insisted I cancel the job. Do not use them. Since the owner responded -- I was on site 15 minutes early and met the staff at the door. I told them to retrieve the keys from the office. They didn't want to go to the office and leave their IDs. I insisted and told them that it was simply apartment policy. I opened the apartment and the maids didn't even bring a vacuum. They insisted they wouldn't vacuum the rug. They insisted they couldn't clean the bathroom. They insisted they couldn't clean anything and said it was impossible. They insisted their supervisor would call me with a quote. I told them I'd wait. No one called. Instead the head of the cleaning crew kept insisting it was better to cancel the job. They were in a hurry to leave and this was clearly kicked off by being made to leave their IDs at the front office After no call from their supervisor and 15 minutes of constant pressure saying, they couldn't even do the job and they couldn't guarantee "they could clean it right". They kept repeating, just cancel it. Cancel it. It became rather clear that even if their supervisor called me with a "new quote" they weren't going to do the job. I told them to cancel it. Instead I went back to my new apartment, bought $40 worth of cleaning supplies and cleaned the place myself in about 3 hours. That black mold? Hair dye in the grout. Tiles and toilet cleaned with barkeepers friend and 409. So clearly they really don't know what they are doing and their cleaning crews are less than professional. The owner's response clearly speaks for itself. If you want a hot head and bully who employs complete incompetents... Have fun. QUICK UPDATE: My apartment complex returned almost my entire deposit thanks to my very lo fi cleaning efforts. Minus $26 for a carpet. Keep in mind this apartment was deemed uncleanable by the "experts" at SayClean. Mo and his entire company are a joke. But at least they saved me $200 because they didn't want to work. We have been using SayClean for about 6 months now. I initially hired them for a move-out clean on our rental and move-in clean on our house. The customer service went above and beyond to make sure our landlord was satisfied with the move out clean. I was so happy that I have continued to use their service for twice monthly cleans and another deep clean. Our home is about 2000 sq ft and we have 2 messy toddlers. The crew is great, very polite and fast! 3 ladies come and they are finished in about 1.5 hrs, which I love so they don't disturb naptime for my youngest. They always put everything back in it's place when dusting and the bathrooms and kitchen are immaculate. The deep clean also included cabinets and baseboards, and they will tackle any task you request. We had one scheduling mishap where the crew came and I hadn't scheduled (we were switching how often they come) and when I reached out to complain they made it right, no questions asked.
