Was specific on wanting to be careful not to cause area between eyes to push downwards as causes bunny lines and sometimes this can occur depending on injection placement... things went even further downhill. It was apparent Jana did not like to be questioned and then decided she would not do injection. I had been super nice and even mentioned her skin looks great and asked what regiment she used. Anyway, enough qualified doctors and nurses in area, in fact, when left made a phone call and had an appt right up the road within the hour. In the end my previous set was not salvageable and had to be removed (too much glue etc). Heidi was so fun to chat with which made the time fly by, but she's also a total pro who has skills! She took her time and gave me a gorgeous volume set that I love. They are absolutely perfect. Other notes- after getting the full set Gaze gives you an adorable tote with lash cleanser and a brush- very nice touch. Heidi also gave me a blanket to keep me toasty- I really should have fallen asleep but ended up yakking away the whole time ‍ next time I vow to make her job easier by keeping my face still. Bottom line: Worth every penny. Highly recommend and can't wait to keep coming back.

I just had the worst experience ever at a nail salon. I was told a while back to go and see Summer…read morebecause she is very good. She has done my nails 8 times now and it has always been a great experience. Today when I came in I was early so I looked at some colors. I brought in a photo of what I wanted for my nails. It was easy, or at least I thought it would have been. The two nails with the lines were 6 lines each. One nail started with dark green and then silver, light green and then silver, and ended up with the dark green and silver. The next nail was opposite.....light green then silver, dark green and silver, and light green and silver. Simple right? BTW she does speak English very well. She had to take the lines on the nails off 4 times. The one time she only had 5 lines and had to redo it. She was pissed off by this time and kept telling me not to ask for her any more. I thought she was joking in the beginning because she likes to joke and have fun. By the end of it I knew she wasn't. She touched my thumb nail during the process and messed it up and when I showed it to her she said "Jesus Christ", like I had done it. That is so unprofessional and uncalled for. There have been a few times where my nails were a little crooked and I had her file them to be even and one time where the nail was put on crooked. When I showed her she said that my finger was crooked but the nail was going the opposite direction of the crookedness. She fixed it, but was not happy. I told her that I was moving but I could still see her in the evening after work since I could be there at 4:45 and she said that she did not want to stay late. I love the owner of the place and wish I would have seen her to begin with. She is always very sweet and offers you a drink and brings you colors to look at. All being said and done, I would love to go back but I won't because of her. Today was the very first time I left without leaving a tip ever and almost in tears from her rudeness.

We were massaged with hot stones, given neck heating packs and treated to delicious beverages and all pedicure items are delivered on trays with flowers. The staff there understand great customer service and presentation. The massage chairs are full body massage chairs (arms too-which we love). The cleanliness of the place was stellar. Disposable everything and the place is gleaming and gorgeous! We booked again in two weeks so we can treat ourselves again before we head out of town. I've suffered with hormonal /cystic acne since my early teens.
