He ordered all new parts from the manufacturer as it was under warranty for parts and they refused to ship them without proof (has this happened before?!??!). I ended up without water for 4 days and missed time away from work. Sure he's friendly, and he did cover the cost for another technician to spot and repair his error (minus $2 venmo fee) BUT my personal opinion is that he runs this "error" to bilk people out of $185 -- because labor is not covered on the warranty -- to repair operational heaters while he pockets the parts and scams manufacturers. When I tried to get him to compensate me for my inconvenience, he accused me of "strong arming" him. Find another plumber, this one is either incompetent or a crook.
