At my appointment i was asked if i took my premeds because of a hip repelcment. I did not take them because when the appointment was made i was not told I needed to. I was going in simply to have the crown glued back on. They refused to preform the temporary procedure even after I informed them I would take the antibiotics immediately after leaving the clinic. I informed them I knew the risks and was willing to waive their liability so I could get the crown glued on and they also denied that. I explained to them that I have sleep apnea I need to wear a mouthguard so I can breathe at night. I'm unable to wear the mouthguard with the crown missing so I will have to wait three more nights without my apnea prevention before I can have a glued back on. The hygienist even told me I was 'lucky' that they were willing to call the doctors office to see if he would wave the anabiotic require requirement. An adult I should have the right to make their my own medical decisions for care like this. Midwest dental will not allow you to be seen at a different location for urgent situations like that until you have a new patient appointment at one of the other clinics. So even though it's one large group of dental clinics they're all separate. Not at all happy with Midwest Dental, it's a revolving door of Dr's and their customer service of poor at best. Thankfully I was able to buy crown cement at Walgreens and make a temporary fix for myself until I can be seen at a new dental office.

She had some cavities and was treated (supposedly) at De Pere Smiles. She experienced a tooth pain so I had to go to a new dentist. What they found shocked me! All cavities were treated wrong, the dentist at De Pere Smiles was doing minimal work, Here is what she need to have now: 1- One tooth is completely untreatable so must be extracted. 2- Four crowns; 2 white and 2 silver crowns. I paid De Pere Smiles around $1000 (out of my pocket) during the last 6 months and now look what happed to us.

I asked for tooth whitening procedure which never happened. He didn't check my teeth, he didn't ask me to come back for restortative work. I walk out the door and not going back. They charged me $314, most was cover by my insurance with $130 remaining. Not paying it and considering filing a lawsuit for damages and malpractice.
