Well I regret it because it has been nothing but a nuisance since. I showed up right at open on a Saturday and was promptly seen. The doctor prescribed me antibiotics. I called the pharmacy at lunch to see when they would be ready but they informed me 1st choice had called in the wrong thing and needed to contact the pharmacy to correct it. Well they closed at 12 and did not reopen until Monday. 2 full business days later and numerous phone calls to 1st choice (on hold for 40min and counting as I write this) and still no corrected prescription. This is crazy and ridiculously unprofessional. Their error has led to me having to wait days in pain with an infection.

The checked on my VA health care benefits and I ended up using another insurance as the path of least resistance but they gave me the number to call to get the VA thing squared away. This has got to be the closest to a small-town doctor's office of old that I could imagine. All family run, from the front desk to the nurse to the doc himself. They listened, they gave suggestions to help mitigate the discomfort. The only thing they couldn't do was speed up the recovery.....they can't control time. What they do do is respect your time. In and out in a jiffy but not rushed at all. They prove medical care shouldn't be an all-day affair. I left there feeling sick but knowing I was on the path to recovery. While I don't live there, I do visit, and if I need an MD I know the OneStop I am going to make and it is at One Stop Medical......Thanks. I checked in early to complete all "paper work", which was actually on a tablet. It would ask you several questions per page. If you didn't type in what they wanted, you had to search one by one for each item to figure out what it didn't like. Also, the screen uses very light blue print on a white background. If you don't have 100% top notch vision, this doesn't work. I just took my driver's license eye exam 3 days earlier, and wizzed through it with zero problems. When an hour and a half had passed after my appointment time, I asked the receptionist when I might be seen. She told me that I was going to be called next. A few minutes later, they called someone else. When they finally called me the woman taking my vitals was very difficult to understand, (no accent), she took me to a room without chairs and told me to sit. I asked her where, and she replied that she meant for me to stand on the scale. Then we went into another room were she was writing my information on a form, and then asked me what the scale said. When the NPI finally came in the visit was less than three minutes. Not only will I not ever be going back, but I wouldn't even take my dog there. DON'T GO HERE!!!
