The Huevos Rancheros is delicious, I got it 3 days in a row! They made it with a base of black beans and hash browns on a tortilla and then once the eggs and cheese are on it they broil it to toast the cheese and edges of the tortilla. The eggs were always a perfect over-easy and the chipotle mayo from the "loaded" has browns goes well with the dish. The staff is all super friendly and recognized me as a return customer by my second day there. They have toys they hand out to kids when families come in and the place seems very family friendly. In addition to the inside seating, there's a great patio that has a wonderful view from it.
