    Coffee!

Delicious coffee and relaxed environment! Fun to get to see people processing green coffee beans in the back as well. Would also recommend the oat croissant!

Came and got their lavender latte, pandan croissant, and cardamon bun. The lavender latte was really smooth and one of the best lattes I've had. I ordered it with an almond milk substitute. The pandan croissant was really good. A really creative take on a croissant. The cardamon bun was solid. The space is really clean and looks to be a good place to study or hangout. They have second floor seating as well. The workers are friendly and the service was quick.

Excellent pour over coffee made with a V60. The barista that handled my order was on point & it was the best cup of coffee in the region. Good service & flavor with a chill vibe.

Eclipse Coffee Roasters is a cute coffee shop that is good for working, studying, and hanging out. There are tables both downstairs and upstairs. Came here for coffee and pastries on our way to Yoho National Park. We were greeted upon entering by a staff member. We ordered a Lavender Latte with Almond Milk, a Pandan Coconut Croissant, and a Cardamom Bun. The Lavender Latte was really smooth with a nice lavender flavor that can be tasted but isn't overwhelming or too floral. The coffee quality seemed good. The Cardamom Bun was solid, but not our favorite pastry. We were glad we tried it because it's unique. The Pandan Coconut Croissant was amazing. Great balance of pandan and coconut. The pastry was crispy, flaky, and a good amount of filling. Overall, giving Eclipse Coffee Roasters a 5/5. Ambiance, staff, coffee, and pastries are all great. This location might be the main one since it has roasting equipment on-site. There is also a wall of merchandise on the left wall near the cashier as well as coffee and coffee brewing equipment in front of thr cashier. Highly recommend to anyone staying in or passing through Canmore. Definitely will stop by here again too.

There are multiple locations of Eclipse Coffee Roasters in Canmore, we stopped by the Railway Avenue location to get some caffeine before starting our day. The interior was spacious and modern. Aside from coffee, they also sell beans and merch. The latte I ordered was creamy and balanced. I would recommend this place!

Pretty cool gourmet coffee spot in Canmore. We didn't spend too much time inside but it's a very millennial style deco. Latte was good and reasonably priced considering Canmore is a tourist town.

Went here every morning while on vacation. Love the vibes, coffee, and pastries. Those pies are something to write home about!

Definitely recommend on stopping by to try their coffee! This is probably the best coffee I had throughout my trip. This place is highly rated and recommended by others. I tried their Americano, and I absolutely love it! It has a low acidic taste, and it has a rich coffee aroma/taste but is not intensely bold/strong. I think the coffee is perfectly roasted to taste the aftertaste. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The shop is spacious, and has lots of seating. Really like their design, it is simple and cozy. Great place to hang out, study, and relax. Definitely recommend this coffee shop, and grab a few bags of beans.

We were driving from lake Louise to Calgary and we made a quick coffee stop at this great roaster. We had latte, cappuccino and flat white all were Great . We also tried their decaf and it was delicious. Very nice open space, they sell some merchandise too. We all ended up buying beans to take home with us!

Classic espresso shop with the basics! Nothing too fancy or sweet, which I prefer! The espresso was well balanced and the inside had a great vibe! Lots of seating to work/study from and pretty good wifi. Great little hangout in town with good coffee. They also have a wide selection of beans with fresh roast dates marked on the packages for anyone who is looking for beans for their at home espresso!

We needed afternoon coffee for our drive and discovered Eclipse. Friendly service, beautiful space, and based on others review I tried the lavender latte. Omg, yum. It's so smooth. My hub got a drip coffee and said it was also excellent.

Good Coffee, great place to chill

Soup Sandwiches to the rescue!!…read more After a day of hiking and exploring in the Mountains, we were tired, sore, and hangry. Noshing throughout the day we were set on a good soup and sandwich combo. We checked multiple locations and either it was high-end foo foo or just more than we want or just worse. It was pub grub and they had one soup and they weren't sure what it was. We found Wild Flour. They offer multiple soups and sandwiches and a few treats. Kathy selected a carrot fennel bowl (massive) and served with fresh bread and butter, I had a meat and cheese grilled cheese on a focaccia bread, Of course we "shar-zies" and the comfort was enjoyed. The team at 630pm was helpful and prompt guided us as we had not eaten at Wild Flour. Good food, reasonably priced for Banff is a find. Go to Wild Flour and enjoy... we did.

Iced mocha however tasted like iced DARK hot chocolate, at least 80% cacao type. Staff were helpful!
