The office was incredibly helpful and their communication was top notch - going above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had in a very timely manner. I had a few unique, but small requests, which they were more than willing to accommodate. They even allowed me to bring my two small (crated) dogs with me. It was such a breeze to book my reservation on their website and any question I had, the front office was lightning fast to respond to my query. You receive your initial booking information when your reservation is made and then about 24 hours prior to your departure time, you get your driver info/picture, etc. Stan was assigned as my driver - both to and from - as I requested a long distance round trip. I can't speak highly enough about Stan, as he was extremely kind, helpful, timely and professional. Most importantly, he kept me safe on the road with his impeccable driving. He is an absolute treasure. The vehicle was pristinely clean and so comfortable, which was much appreciated for a long distance trip. It was high class across the board. I emailed the address listed on the website and in previous receipts and it bounced. I also tried to call for several days and the phone was disconnected. Finally on the second week of trying someone answered, who was clearly on a cell phone. Told me they can't help with refunds over the phone and they don't have any phone number to help. My only option was to email an address not listed anywhere on their website or in my previous receipt. No chance I'm sending personal information that way. Pretty unfortunate as we have used this service for years. Something happened at the end of 2023 and now it's super shady. I recommend using a different service. Also this company just dispatches to other car services. May as well go directly to those companies.
