It turned out to be the actual Transmission. Steve and his crew accommodate me by having the Transmission out The same day. I was able to go get a replacement and it was installed very quickly. He was very thorough making sure everything was put back exactly the way it was. I am always satisfied with the work and the prices. Their labor rate is very fair. They even offered for me to eat lunch with them. Steve's wife Karen cooks lunch for all the employees every day. Shows a lot about them. I will continue going back time and time again.

The company continues to say that the driver "thought" the Manheim Township police requested the tow. After investigating the incident, a police representative said not only didn't they request this tow, they NEVER request a tow from a handicap spot. If there is a violation, they ticket the vehicle. King's Towing has demonstrated that they are just one of the many tow companies that give the industry a bad name.

He towed the car out of the garage to the street. Reset to tow the car from the front and took it to the dealership. The ignition key cylinder was replaced so the car starts and runs fine. I get there and they have no idea where the truck is. After 4 hours and trying to flip me to another truck (no, I drove 2 hours for a specific truck) they finally figure out that the truck they advertised for sale on autotrader is the same one they loaned out to someone that had their truck in for service. They said it would be back that day. Nope. Then 2 days. Nope. Then on the 4th day they drove it to me and I find out that it has 3k miles more on it than was advertised. All the pics and paperwork said 23k, when I drive it there are 26k on it. I complained and got a free oil change. Then a few weeks later I get a call from the dealer saying the bank red flagged my paperwork and the loan isn't funded. Someone at the dealer fat fingered my ssn so it didn't match paperwork. So they ask me to email my ssn to them. Not a chance. Who asks to send ssn through unsecure email?!? I call the bank and settle it myself. Then I get notices from PA DMV that they don't have my previous cars plate, the one I traded in to Keller. So that issue is ongoing, don't know where the plate is yet. It's a shame because the salesman was a good kid, he tried. He hadn't been trained well on vehicle specifics or just didn't do his homework, because he didn't know a lot about the truck or even the dreaded "hemi tick" associated with rams, but he was nice to deal with. The incompetence at this place is astounding. Go somewhere else.

I submitted an inquiry on a specific vehicle that caught my attention, and received immediate response from Kerry Kneisley. After we set an appointment to come in and view the vehicle, I noticed a sign hanging from the vehicles rear view mirror. The sign said "Welcome Stephanie", and that to me expressed that I had hit the jackpot when it comes to customer service lol. Kerry was very detailed oriented, patient, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to comprehend my situation. I ended up leaving that day with a new car and couldn't be more happier. (Good!) Work will cost $1,200 and approximately 2 days with the car. (I'm fine with that.) I asked if I could schedule an appointment, he said sure, but don't have anything until a week later. (I'm okay with this, they are busy) That Monday comes up, my husband dropped off the car... I called Wednesday, to see if there was any updates, cuz he said 2 days he would be working with it. He said that the part was delayed, was supposed to come that Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. I asked him if he did something in the car, like taking any parts out, at least, that once the part that needed to be replaced arrives it's just to replace and put everything back together. So, I called Thursday, and he said that the part he ordered, was not the one my car needed... So, my car was sitting there for 4 days!!!! He didn't call for anything. He never touched my car at all, every mess that I had in my car, was exactly as it was before. And I'm talking about the dash. The lack of communication is WILD!!!! I'm soo disappointed, because I get it... it's something that is a really hard thing to do, but if you are not capable and comfortable doing it, why you made me loose my time?

I've been a long time customer since 2019 and have never been disappointed. They replaced my brakes, and when they wore out abnormally early, they replaced them free of charge. The owner always recognizes me, asks me how I've been, and it feels good knowing I'm more than just a number. Most recently they squeezed me in during their busy schedule as my tire valve cores broke and I needed them replaced ASAP and I'm extremely grateful. Their quality of work is the best around and I plan on returning next time I need them, as it has been for years.
