We did a lot of…read moreresearch prior to selecting a childcare as we are first time parents and wanted to ensure that any childcare facility that we enrolled our child in would be nurturing, safe, appropriate, and always have our child's best interest at heart even when we as parents are not there. From the first day, we were welcomed by all teachers and staff. Our child struggled with sleeping in this new environment and being away from us. We were comforted by being able to through the live camera how attentive the teachers were to his needs. They held him when necessary, sang to him and comforted him until he got acclimated with the environment. Our child looks forward to going to school, learning new skills/things, playing with friends and being nurturing by his teachers.

You get to meet alot of other parents and families and get to interact with teachers and the other kids. Being a working parent is great, you get to see what your kid is doing in school and how much they like it, but it's also a security to know there is always another parents eyes in the classroom. The 3 class is a great transition into school. Even if one kid needs hugs during class, that's your job. It's great to know the toddlers get the one on one that they need until they settle. Also is a good structure to enforce potty training, lots of potty breaks for those who need to be prompted. Already put a deposit down for next fall! Couldn't have hoped for more in a personal feel for a preschool.

I love that they are a Christian school. My son has loved all his teachers and I feel they make learning fun for the kids. I believe all of the staff that were there when he first started are still there with the exception of one young lady that moved. That's unheard of to retain the same teachers for 4+ years at a daycare. My son missed almost a year because I kept him out when Covid first started. He picked up so much while being back this short time before he goes to elementary. I will miss the entire staff and the level of comfort and trust that I feel sending him to daycare every day.

They have changed their hours from 6:30am-6pm to 7am-5pm with the intention and promise of returning only now to say they are short staff and will not return. I have worked with them and I believe I have been extremely patient. Whenever you mention compensation for services they are no longer providing the owner mention she has to pay her staff. Primrose is short staff and lack quality teachers. Teachers appear to be young and uninterested in the development of young children. Owner lacks experience as well. She appears to be making thing up as she goes. In my opinion, to keep mentioning you have to pay your staff is in poor taste and she has no regards for parents and the amount of money being spent. I would pull my child out but because it is mid/end of school year I am letting her finish. I do not plan to do business with them again. Very disappointed.
