So either people are walking around your party or standing right next to you so they can check in. The overall space is a little too cramped for the amount of patrons in the place & there's no separate area for the kids to play, so as it was said they basically have you pay $8 for some laser tag vests & laser guns to play in an area you have already paid to play. Also you have children with guns trampling the ones on the regular bouncers not playing laser tag...you all know you need a completely separate area for laser tag...*sigh* Now for the play area, they have 1 mini moon bouncer & slide for 1-3 year olds, a ball pit, 2 mini trampolines, & 4 regular bouncers. The bouncers & play area were fine with me & my child loved it! The food situation was funny because they charge you like $10 per pizza just to realize they are $5 Little Caesar Hot & Ready pizzas. That's flakey! I love that theme characters are chosen for each party! That is something Laser Bounce USA definitely has over others. Overall it is an okay place. It's hot as ever in the location and keep your expectations low & you will be cool.

There were pony rides, zip lines, slides, swings, a hayride and more. The corn maze was a lot of fun because there are locations in the maze that you have to find and you use an app on your phone to track your progress. They have food trucks there and my daughter and I enjoy our guilty pleasure....funnel cake!! Overall we had a great time and will definitely go again next year.

Justin and Jasmine made sure we stayed hydrated, and regularly brought us into the air conditioning to avoid overheating. They ensured our safety every moment we were there. The rope course was insanely fun, the giant swing and zip line were a blast and our favorite part was honestly the rock climbing! Justin and Jasmine were fantastic - we will definitely come back (preferably not during a heat wave haha) and hope they will be our guides again - every single person today made it memorable for my family! It's an update! I…read moredecided to go with Hyper Kidz for my LOs birthday party. I choose the mega party package which includes 15 kids, and two pizzas, my party was held on a Sunday. Booking for the party took place online, and because I have a monthly membership, I saved 10%. When booking your party, you have the option to send out online invites, which I thought was pretty nice. Changes can be made to your party in person or via phone. The process was pretty seamless, I received text with reminders about the party (for parents to sign waivers, or to add food, etc.). Additionally, I received phone calls, in my opinion, there may have been a bit too many reminders. I say this because there is supposed to be a "dedicated party host" and I was under the impression that I would be speaking to that person. The day of the party, I was given a slip with the details of the party to include setting up of the room (five minutes) and the name of my host. They give you a cart to put your items on, and your host will decorate everything for you. The host also serves the food, and dessert if needed. My host, Mari, did an amazing job and was super helpful throughout. The pizza is from Marcos, which the children enjoyed. My only issue is that they should not state that the each child gets two slices of pizza when they cut one slice in half. I see how this may fly at a younger child's party; however, with older children (which my party had) they definitely know. The party package that I selected came with two pizzas, and that was not enough for the party. Keep that in mind when scheduling. This is a peanut free facility, and outside food comes with a $100 price tag, and that includes water folks. You can bring a cake and candles (no matches) you cannot bring ice cream. Also, despite it being not too crowded for a Sunday, the space was exceptionally warm. Apparently, there was some issue with the heating; however, the staff made it up with providing me with a voucher for a future visit. All in all, the kids really enjoyed themselves, as did the parents, and I would recommend Hyper Kidz to parents for parties in the future.
