The quality of service for this business is beyond poor. The business has repeatedly soiled and damaged the collars of my shirts, some beyond repair. I recently complained about this matter and left several shirts for redo. They did not even attempt to redo these items. I retrieved the items, took them to a neighboring dry cleaners and just received them in fabulous condition. It is obvious this business ONLY provides substandard service with unprofessional attitude with overpricing. If you value your items to be properly handled and cleaned, go elsewhere. I have been going to this business for years. Then I noticed recently that all of the buttons on my husband's jacket were crushed. I brought in new buttons and most of them were sewed on. Unfortunately I brought in my little black dress with a matching jacket. First they were lost, then found but ruined. Shrunk and I do not know what sharp ingredients they used but I was unable to wear them again. The owner promised to pay me half the purchase price of dress and jacket. I only wore it once. When I picked my ski jacket, I found serious damage for that. I asked the owner what happen, but he said that I did this damage by myself. It is totally ridiculous, why do I mess up $600 jacket? For what? Even he pretended store manager, even I know he is the owner. He is very rude and didn't take any ownership. Kwik Dry Clean is awesome. It was slightly after closing so I called and ask if they were open and the guy working said they were closed. I ask if there was any way I could come and pick up my clothes which I needed for a meeting the next day. He ask where I was coming from and I said I am 5 mins away. He said I will wait on you. Forty years of my life has required me to wear some type of uniform, so when I moved to Prosper a few years ago one of my top priorities was to find a quality dry cleaners. It was important that the white shirts stayed white and starched and the uniform neatly pressed. It took me a few tries and I drive a little further but I finally decided on this place. I just can't do it anymore. After giving second, third, and fourth chances, I am giving up. Oftentimes my shirts come back dirtier than when I dropped him off. I actually wash my shirts before dropping them off, and somehow weird oily stains show up on them. And I don't know how many hours I have wasted waiting in line there. I always seem to end up behind someone who is complaining about the appearance of his or her garment, or the staff has lost someone's garment. So I wait, and wait, and wait while the staff tries to fix the situation. Usually about 15 minutes. But many 15 minute episodes add up to hours. read more

I USE to use this cleaner for my husbands business shirts. They use to charge $1.29 per shirt and would charge .50 to crease the sleeves. I just went in and their prices are now $4.49 a shirt with creases. They are SO OVER PRICED. I will be finding a new dry cleaner to use. read more

I have used this cleaner for a while simply because they were close to my house, not any more. They have ruined several of my shirts coming back with some sort of dark stains. The last straw was the last time I went in I was charged almost double what it should have been. I asked to speak with a manager and he wasnt there. I have called several times, each time being told they didnt know when the manager would be there or how I could get a hold of him. This Dry Cleaner lost a designer dress and tried to give me someone else's item. Took 2 days of calls to get the manager. Was advised that we had to wait because of the cost of the dress. Waited 1 month and then had to show up in person because their phone wasn't working for 2 days straight. Not only did the manager not remember anything, but he only offered to pay $100. Really? Response I received was - "how do I know it was a designer dress and how much it cost". My response - how do I know what you did with my dress? read more

I have been using them for years and can't figure out why. The last time my husband dropped off he asked me to pick up for him but didn't tell me that he hadn't paid in advance (as the sign in the door clearly states as mandatory). When I went to pick up they charged me extra for "stains" on some of his shirts. I told them there were no stains on the shirts when they were dropped off. Was told to call the manager which I found humorous at the time. I told my husband to ALWAYS pay in advance as I believe this is part of their scheme to charge more. This morning I dropped off 9 shirts. I believe it was the manager who took them. I dropped them on the counter and he picked them up and said "ok, will be ready after 5". I said well I need to pay now. He said no, it "takes longer". I said "I would rather pay now as I'm not sure who in my family will be picking up, and I would like some sort of receipt of what I dropped off". He seemed highly annoyed at this. He ended up letting me pay in advance after I told him I didn't care how long it took and so that I had something to bring when I pick up to prove that the items that I left ARE ACTUALLY MINE. Apparently anyone can just walk in, give a name, and pick up clothes that might not be theirs. I find this strange. I'm going to try Payless Cleaners next. Very overpriced with no apololgy from the manager for charging such high prices.... the pricing is Deceptive because the huge sign out front clearly indicates $2.49, However; you are charged $3.49... a dollar increase and when I questioned the personnel I was given the story that their prices increased two months ago. I advised them they should make their customers aware of price increases and was told they had put up a sign....which I for one never saw. The manager said they provide a higher quality of service than others in the area.....I won't be going back to this location yet, I will be contacting their Corporate offices located in Dallas to complain of their franchisee misrepresenting their pricing.... seems shady to me.. read more

I was extremely disappointed in the Manager Lashee (not sure of correct spelling). I took a new shirt in, it came back with a black ink spot on the front. When I pointed it out he said they didn't do it. I told him it was brand new, that it wasn't there before and I'm sure it was an accident. He asked how much it cost, I said $20 and if it doesn't come out no worries I'm happy to take $20 in dry cleaning credit. He said he would try to get it out. When I would come back he said he was still working on it and finally today I got it back and realized he never had to get it out. When I asked to speak with him, employee went to get him, came back and said she was mad at him, he wants her to lie and say he wasn't there as he was running out the back door!!! Really?!?! If I can give give this place a ZERO I would. I dropped off my husband suit jacket off to get it dry cleaned and when I went back to pick it up it was damaged. I've been going to this cleaners for over 9 years and recently it's been sold to new owners. The new owner is a horrible person, he has zero respect and zero customer service skills. He claimed that he needs to check his cameras to double check the damage was done at the time. He claimed that the suit jacket is old and he didn't care less that it was a new jacket. I showed him the receipt and he didn't care one bit. He had the nerve to tell me, I dropped it off damaged and he was not taking the blame. I would pay extra money for a good service, or even if he admitted to ruining the jacket. He did not refund us the money and he was not going to admit that the damage was done at his cleaners. Wow! Worse service ever. I brought in a pair of shorts. I wanted 2 buttons fixed. Got the shorts back and the buttons were not fixed. I brought them back, as I paid for the service so I wanted them to fix their mistake. I also noticed that they safety pin wrap on your clothes. I asked the lady to please fix the buttons and do NOT put safety pins on my shorts. The lady told me okay. So what a surprise when I picked them up the second time safety pins are in my shorts. Ugh! Dropped off a new (worn once) white pair of shorts in July to see if a stain could be removed. I tried to pick up my shorts for 2 months! I was told they were not there, were not ready, or could not be found! When I did get them back in September, there was a hole in place of the stain! The owner accused me of dropping my shorts off with the hole already there! Really?? Don't call me a liar! You put the hole there trying to clean the stain! Be professional and apologize!
