One cat also decided he needed to spray the bottom steps of the staircase. John brought his pet treatment equipment, which made this home in the very low danger of cat hair zone, and stains and smells were removed. John works independently, which is also a plus. Eco King had mostly great reviews on Yelp so I thought I would give him a try. There was only two rooms I needed cleaned. There are 2 recliners and a small dresser that needed moving in the front room which he agreed to move. The bedroom was just the area around the bed. He showed up promptly at 9:ooam and by10:30. I recently purchased a house and it smelled horrible because the previous owners had a dog. The home needed carpet and tile cleaning. I reached out to a number of places including Eco King. The owner was on a job and couldn't answer the phone right away. He called me back and I told him that I needed same day service because the movers were coming the next day. Overall, I was very happy with the service from EcoKing. They did all three areas that I needed done very quickly and they did a great job. The carpet spots all came out and it dried fast. They were very friendly and even gave me some advice for when I attempt to clean the carpet on my own (not that it comes out nearly as good). The appointment setting process was not the smoothest. I would definitely recommend Eco King for all you upholstery needs! I had him clean 2 couches, an ottoman and a large wool rug. Wow! I was soooo impressed with the quality of Eco King!! Super friendly, informative and efficient. I had pretty dirty carpets; pet stains, juice, wine spills, and just really dirty high traffic areas.To the point of embarrassment! I wanted all of my first floor done. I had my carpets cleaned by a company 3 years ago and the results just didn't last at all. In fact , the moisture and cleaner that they left in my pad only brought the stains out even over time and made them look awful. Eco Kings method was different and the tech explained everything to me in great detail. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as how clean it would get, but I thought his prices were so amazing, I thought why not. He said that if it came out before, it would come out again, and that he could get the residue from the old cleaner out as well. I was a bit skeptical, but his results blew me away. We have been using Eco King for over a year now. He was first used to get stains out of a rental that looked destroyed. John was able to get the black marks out of the carpets, whereas another company could not. This saved us over a thousand dollars over replacement.
