It's good to have a number of a locksmith who can come same day and help you out. He did what he was supposed to do and helped with an odd problem--my toddler somehow locked us in my room with what I thought was a decorative skeleton key, and we had to climb out the (low first-floor with help on the other side) window to get out. We needed some locks re-keyed, so I did a quote request on here and Nathan was the first one to respond and also the best price. He came and was super fast with the re-keying and also copied the key for us. He also gave us advice about one of our deadbolts (older but evidently still totally fine) and also about some of the new locks we had installed (next time we can bring new locks to a locksmith to re-key, then install instead of install then re-key). I had a horrible previous night experience where I locked myself out of my apartment door, and in a panic did a quick google search for the nearest open locksmith. This was not Eco Locksmith, and they did a mess of a job and ended up drilling my lock, and leaving me with no bottom door handle lock.
