I recently moved into a new home and needed the locks re-keyed. Nathan arrived promptly and worked quickly. He made suggestions for improvements like adding a deadbolt to the front door and re-keying the locks so fewer keys would be needed (originally there were three keys and he was able to re-key the locks so I would only need two keys. I know it doesn't sound like much, but reducing any amount of the keys I have on my key ring is wonderful). He was also great about wearing a mask the entire time. read more

This locksmith save us twice in late evenings. Some mobile locksmith is not as honest as this one. One man shop but flexible.

When you call locksmiths to see who can come, it's an emergency and only he answers. After getting pizza and buckling our son up, my husband closed the door then noticed our son had the keys! My stomach dropped when I tried to open the door and it was locked! We immediately started calling around and I was just shy of breaking my window until he answers and says he can come in 15 mins! It's a cool night, we were right there with our son in the parking garage, but I was seriously losing it, he was sitting calmly, playing with the keys.... The locksmith came right away and opened our door, when so many other locksmiths said they can't come out. Why did you answer then? I told him my frustration (sorry I can't remember his name...it just happened a few hours ago) and he said many don't think it was worth their time but he was happy to help...thank you for being a caring human being and saved my bacon. We knew it could happen and it did. A glass door that we never lock (because we didn't have keys and it's internal to the home) was inadvertently locked by our neighbors and house sitter in a good faith effort to protect and safeguard our home while we were away on vacation. After a long 12 hour flight from overseas and so thankful to be back at home, we open the exterior door and the problem was immediately apparent - we only had access to the entry foyer... Locked myself out of my house one morning as I rushed out the door with a toddler and 7 year old. Went on yelp and searched for a locksmith to help me get back inside as soon as possible. We had a broken lock - deadbolt stuck in the lock itself. Called a recommended locksmith and was told "well you just need to replace it yourself and then we can rekey it for you". EXCELLENT service! I was in a pinch and needed 4 new locks on our property (one of which was a bit complex) within 2 days. I called Eco Locksmith (Nathan) and he was able to fit me in.
