Let me start by saying, I clean my house weekly as it is so maybe I have unrealistic expectations. The cleaners change each time unless you request a certain person to come back. The house was getting cleaned but it wasn't anything above and beyond what I already was doing. I was hoping for more detail on things like light switches, the door knobs and if there were smudges on the door by the knob it would be cleaned, also tops of frames weren't dusted or wiped as well as no small appliance or kitchen countertop items were wiped. WE LOVE NAKIA. Okay, I low key don't want to tell everyone her name bc she is so wonderful and I don't want to lose the ability to be on her schedule. But she is the best. She is the sweetest woman, with the most professional attitude. She always goes above and beyond to assist with what we have going on, whether kids are sleeping or dogs are making messes. Awful. Our tenant moved out. He was a great tenant for 6 years- reliable and trustworthy. He hired Eco Mama green Clean for a "deep clean" The floors weren't swept or mopped- they cleaned 1 bathroom and sent pictures of that bathroom to their management. I called asked if we could do a zoom call- no. I asked if they would come out- no. I sent over 20 pictures, I sent video. Kiara said she would call her team who did the cleaning- her best team and they would make it right. The team said they cleaned- of course they did. Just Awful. I asked them to come out and see for themselves- no. TThey knew our tenant was moving out of state - condo is just over 1000 feet they were paid for 3 hours- and didn't have time to sweep, mop, clean the kitchen sink. Scam artists. HORRIBLE. Hello, I have been using Eco Mama cleaning services for about six months. They quoted me for about $360 for 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. We have no kids, no clutter, no dogs, very organized and maintained house ( I clean on a regular basis). We agreed on twice a month for $200, one hour and a half, 2 cleaners to clean only half of the house: Living room/kitchen, pool room, and bathroom downstairs, and master bedroom, master bathroom, and guest bathroom only upstairs. The rest was excluded from the cleaning: Three other rooms, laundry room, and den. The first cleaning was good, and then they were always in a rush to get to the next customer. Sometimes they leave before finishing their allocated time, and before covering the scope of the cleaning agreed upon. There was always missing spots, stains, dust everywhere: Under the sofa, under the love seats, under the bed, bed frames, windows frames, on the pool table, on the glass tables, on the light fixtures above the kitchen island, book shelves, etc. They do not move decorations and books, or vases, or anything else! I could see the dust if I move a book or a vase! They do not stretch their hands underneath the sofa, or bed, or table, or console, or anything else, they just wipe the visible floor. I was having a tea with my guest, and I saw a layer or dirt facing me underneath the love seat! After my guest left, I found the same layer underneath the coffee table, sofa and pool table. (Knowing that they cleaned the pool room that week on Wednesday and I had my guest a day or two after) They did not clean the guest bathroom many times, they just wiped the counter. It was very embarrassing, when my guest found hair and built up under the shampoo bottles, on the curtain, and on the wall!!! That was not the first time, when I sent pictures to the manager , her answer was sorry we did not have enough time to do it because we cleaned one of the guest room as per your request!!. Well the guest room was not even cleaned, I made the bed, and changed the lined before the cleaners came over. All they needed to do is to dust and vacuum, and it was not done! there were dust all over the bed frames, window frame, side tables. and my guest found a pair of socks right on the side of the bed!! We also agreed on cleaning the pool room only once a month so they can get the time to clean the baseboards on the other visit. Baseboards were always dirty, I had to wipe them myself after every service. The windows and sliding doors were always full of dust, I had also to do it myself!. They did not remove the rug by the stove, they just vacuumed around it. After they left, I found dirt and crumbs all around it! They did not clean the stove burners except once because I had to ask for it. the manager said we need more time to clean the stove burners!! I wonder what do they do? just wipe the stove? I do this almost every night. Last time I had to roll up the rug in the kitchen so they can clean underneath it, which they did but they did not bother to unroll the rug and clean underneath it!! Again after they left I moved the rug, I found a pile of dust underneath where it was rolled!. Baseboards also were all the time dirty until I had to mention it. She said they can just dust them, and if I need them to be wiped then they need more time!! this is crazy, we have already agreed on getting the baseboard cleaned once a month and the pool room to be cleaned once a month. We were alternating so they can get them covered. Well none of them was covered properly. I found glass residue on the living room rug after they supposedly vacuumed! I found popcorn on the sofa!! The AC vent were never dusted, I also had to do it alone. I have sent many pictures over time with the missing spots, and stains, hoping they will do a better. The manager, apologized and promised to get things done but unfortunately there was always issues. And then she said that they need more time to cover the scope! That was unacceptable, how can't they barely barely clean living/kitchen space, master bedroom and two bathrooms in one hour and half with two cleaners ?! Their eco-friendly products, did not make difference in smell. I do not smell a clean house after they leave (except once). I do not smell clean bathrooms or toilets. I requested, to disinfect the toilets, and bathrooms. They said no they don't use bleach or any disinfectant products. I offered my own products and yet they were not used I guess! Conclusion: Our house is pretty clean and organized. I clean on a daily basis myself. I had to clean for the cleaners before they show up, (that was very frustrating to me and my husband) because they don't move furniture, or decorations, or books, or vases, or not even a glass, they don't stretch they hands underneath the furniture, they don't bother to clean underneath rugs, and they don't finish they job on a regular basis. Price was very high, more than twice what I previously paid for the same house. This "deep clean" wasn't exactly deep. Rat droppings were left in the corners of the carpet and on tables in the casita, the breakfast table was 3/4 dusted, crumbs were left on the kitchen counter, a nightstand was literally half dusted (too much work to reach the other half), dead insects were left at the base of a bed foot just inches behind the bed skirt, window sills in the master were not dusted, tile at chest level in the toilet areas was not dusted, dishes next to the sink were not touched or even put in the dishwasher, couch cushions were not lifted to vacuum underneath. They were very proud to announce they would deep clean the baseboards. I don't have baseboards. The so-called mop that was used was tiny, about the size of my hand, and didn't look like it would really clean a huge amount of tile throughout the house. The entry was wasn't really touched at all. I booked through eco-maids because I liked how they were a more "clean" company. Scheduling and pricing was easy, they are a little more expensive than competitors but I was willing to pay more for a deep clean with a company that didn't use harsh chemicals. My appointment was scheduled between 12-3 pm. I received a text at 3:15 pm saying they were behind and would not be arriving till 5:30 pm, which was not going to work due to obvious reasons. I called to reschedule and the lady helping me flatly says "so do you want to just cancel then? and I said no I would like to reschedule." Which I thought was odd. I rescheduled for the following day. They arrived late, about an hour outside of the scheduled window. I was excited to enter a spotless home, but to my surprise, I STILL had to clean. There were dirty footprints on the tile downstairs and upstairs wood floors, the appliances were streaked/not washed properly and the countertops were filthy. I sent the photos to the company, just so they were aware, and received this response "I did speak with my team captain about your service and she provided the after pictures she took as part of our policy to ensure completion. From her photos, I am not able to see where you mentioned the floor wasn't completed." Her photos were huge large overall photos so I didn't really know what to even say back? Didn't appreciate basically being told I was wrong. This company is terrible. I hired them to clean my house and they did a terrible job. I was scheduled for a deep clean. Barely cleaned. Did not clean base boards, inside windows, or dust. Then told me they will not move or touch anything like decorations, pictures, dishes on counters holding fruit. Extremely over priced. 300$ to clean a 1400 SQ FT house is insane. The women who came to clean were professional and friendly. I really appreciated their efficiency as it seemed they were cleaning well. It turns out that they were not cleaning well. Basic things like the ledge of the tub, bathroom counter, ceiling fans, and tops of picture frames had visible dust. When I did the walkthrough before they finished, I gave a few specific things to clean/redo and none of them were done. I was then charged $50 more than what my both my quote and final confirmation indicated. When I reached out the owner said she would refund $30 of the overcharge because the discount shouldn't have applied to my service. After multiple back and forth exchanges she finally refunded the full $50. During that exchange I also noted our dissatisfaction with the service. No attempt was made to rectify or even clarify for their own growth/ improvement. I simply received an auto email that my future services had been canceled. read more

The women who showed up did a great job, but I was left wondering whethertheir chemicals. some of them were decidedly not eco friendly. when my wife got home she said that it smelled like fabuloso(the cleaner) which I have never heard of being lauded as eco friendly. I asked to be shown their chemicals and it was inconclusive as the bottles did not have labels. I paid $370 deep clean for my 1100 sq ft house and 200sq ft travel trailer and the cleaners spent about 2.5 hours here. way too expensive, they did a pretty damn good job but in the end, it was super expensive and they seemed to be using traditional cleaners. read more

If you need your house cleaned... This is NOT the company to do it. We paid $230 for our house to be cleaned... A normal cleaning. When the two young ladies got here they asked if there was anything we wanted them to concentrate on. I said the floors and the bathrooms. They did a great job on the carpets. That's it. The floors weren't swept well. There was still crumbs and a paperclip in my kitchen under the counters and the island. They used a swifter wet jet to clean my floors. No mop. No soap. The floors look the same when they left as when they got here. The bathroom floors don't look like they even got the wet jet! You can still see the dirt in the floor. The showers were not scrubbed. They did a soft clean with a damp cloth. The floors of the two showers still had soap residue that was there when they arrived. The downstairs shower doesn't look like it was even touched. The upstairs faucet had powdery residue like comet would leave behind. Our carpet in the dining area looked like they barely vacuumed it. You could see dirt and dog hair still on it. We paid extra because we have to dogs. We are not slobs and our house was cleaned before they got here. We just didn't Scrub the bathrooms down, mop the floors, or vacuum. The guest bathroom toilet wasn't cleaned behind it. Save your money and go with someone else. read more

This company will rip you off!!! I was a regular customer and paid $170 a month for service (which had gone up from $156 last year). I had to miss my service last month because I was out of town and this month they charged me $250 dollars to add "1 hour to address buildup over lapse in service." When the cleaners arrived I told them they would be here an extra hour. They didn't know anything about it. Beware, if you miss one service you pay dearly the next time and if you don't tell the actual cleaners about it they won't even do the extra work for the so called "build up." But if you have custom home and anything (shelved, lights, ceiling fans, microwave...) that is 6 feet tall and over, save your money and time and go to somebody else. They can't clean anything above that height because it is a liability and is against their insurance policy. I booked a deep clean service for my in-laws' custom home and it took them two days to complete the job. Even though they did a good job cleaning, there were still a few places that my in-laws had to go over. They refused to clean the microwave because they said they can't reach it. They're always on time, friendly, thorough, and finish the job in the projected time frame.
