Initially, I was given a quote of $100 to replace and install 3 emblems on my Audi. However, upon arriving, I was told that the quote was for just one emblem. Seriously?! Eventually, they agreed to honor the original quote. The quality of the work was good, although they didn't prep the area where they were installing the new emblems to my liking (e.g., clay the area and use an alcohol isopropyl spray). I'm hesitant to consider them for a car detailing service. My impression was that they do not specialize in high-end car detailing and would be better suited for a no-frills mini detail where you're not super particular if they use top-tier products (e.g., CarPro, Gyeon, etc.), tools, and techniques. read more

The mobile car wash it self is pretty good and prices are very fair but my god, the people who do the scheduling are terrible and operating on their last brain cell. The first time they missed their 4 hour window, and never reached out to me. I was waiting for them to show up all morning. After I reached out, they told me they're 3-4 hours late. I cancelled that appointment and they showed up 3 days later completely unannounced and unscheduled. We were home fortunately so we had them wash the cars and they did a good job. Reached out to them again to come by the following Saturday. Never received any type of confirmation and a guy comes to my house on the wrong day again. I called Eco Mobile Detailing before taking my family on a road trip and my car needed a good deep cleaning of the interior. After the phone call, they sent me a text outlining the cost and what was included in their interior detailing. That was the reason I went with them, I knew exactly what I was getting and what I would be paying for. A few days closer to my trip I called again to schedule a mobile detailing service to come to me. They were able to send a couple guys out that morning, and called me to say they would arrive in a half hour. The two detailers (I wish I could remember their names) were punctual, coming exactly when I was expecting. A few hours later they called me to say they were done. I came out to check out their work and was blown away! My car hadn't been that clean since the day I bought it!!!! Turns out my neighbor saw what was happening and one of them was lightly cleaning the windows of one of his vintage cars on our street, which I thought was nice, too. My car's interior was shampooed, steamed, vacuumed, sanitized, the WORKS! There were NO stains left, no dust, no bad odor, felt brand new! The only downside, and I read this in another review, is they aren't eco-friendly as the name suggests. Although, I know a few other people in the business and it is extremely difficult to have this service reach that, unfortunately. I wish I took "After" photos of their work. But my dirty car photos are here to show you no job is too big for them. Plus, even though I cleared my car before they came, they found a few objects hidden among the seats and put them in my trunk. They DO NOT USE Eco friendly ingredients. Eco tried to charge me $300 for a full detail on a full detail, which included a wax, shampoo & deep clean on the inside of my sports utility. The employee from Eco only waxed the top hood of my truck, I'm sure they were doing their best to race/hurry because it was brutally hot out, for that I feel horrible, however they did not shampoo my floor mats they only deep vacuumed, and when I asked if they are going to use the special leather cleaner I was told that would be extra. They don't take the time to actually clean what they're supposed to and don't do a good job for how much it costs. I took one of my cars I rent out on Turo here for an interior cleaning and shampoo and when I got back to the car the carpets were mysteriously still dry. I got my carpet spot cleaner and cleaned the carpets myself to see if they actually cleaned them and I pulled out so much dirt. They also left coins between the seat and some vitamins I wanted gone too. What a waste of $150. read more

Neighbors house painters covered my 3 week old car in primer overspray while it was parked on the street. You could see it on the windows and trim and feel the gristly texture on the entire body. Great guys came by to clean my gfs car for her holiday gift and they did a great job; engine bay was sparkly and windows were so clean my gf felt like she didn't have windows haha . They took their time just under 3 hrs or so; which is a good sign. They don't clean glove compartments according to them which sucks cuz I left ours empty. They offered to have me drive to them to have them do it but that's a bit out of my way. They didn't leave any kind of mess in the garage where they cleaned the car. Definitely would hire again but I'd mention if they could to next time to the glove compartment ahead of time. read more

I get my car washed when I go to the Sunset location for my hair appointment. Typically the customer service and work quality is excellent. The guy taking the order always tries to upsell the package which is totally understandable for running any business. This time it was no different except, but the guy was even more insistent on the polish and whatever and I kept saying, no thank you. He gave me the receipt, with all the scribbles and I checked it. It didn't look right, the polish box was checked and it had some other scribbles what looked like a $60. I waited while the guy to took my order was helping one of the employees find keys or something in the drawers. Then I asked what this was and again said I only want a regular wash to which he responded saying yes, yes $35. Big mistake, I should have made him change the receipt. When I came to pay for my car, someone else was helping me and asked for $60 saying because I got the polish or whatever it was. I was really upset and said, no that is not what I asked for and told him that I doubled checked to make sure the only service I got was a regular wash. He called over the guy who took my order and now the same guy proceeded to justify and guilt/manipulate me that the work has been done, he'll give me discount, I don't have to wash my car for 2 months bla bla. That he'll only charge me $50. This argument went on for a few minutes. I just agreed to the discount so I could get outta there. I should've escalated it, but I was in a hurry, and shocked with the lies and manipulation. I was also really disappointed, because I've been coming here for 2 years and they do a really good job cleaning my car. After this not sure if I will come back. So BEWARE and double check the receipt/what you request so you don't get swindled and then gaslit. read more

There was vomit in in my car and I cleaned the solids as well as put a vinegar and baking soda solution and vacuumed. But obviously wanted to get it DEEP cleaned and power washed inside to make sure the gunk actually is out from beneath the surface. Went to the Sunset location and did a great job of cleaning the interior upon a quick glance and on the way home. Carpets spotless and stains on seat was totally gone. However later when I got home I noticed the seat belt still had residue so realized that wasn't touched at all. And a week after the stains are slowly starting to appear again. I don't know if the seats were actually cleaned with a wet vac or used a chemical to essentially just cover it up because now it's showing again. Would have rather went to a place where they actually shampooed and wet vac'd the seating and upholstery. for $150 it's ok but will try another option before coming back here. read more

After the recent rain, I had a car that was covered in mineral deposit from underground parking leaking water. We immediately took it to a car wash, but the problem was not fixed. I called up EMD, explained my problem and said I wanted it to look like new again (car was a few years old). They assured me they could handle the task and were very familiar. Upon dropping the car off they were very helpful and also took a look at a second, much older, vehicle I was looking to get cleaned up and a paint correction on. They took care of the car, it looks brand new again, and gave us information about dealing with some rock scratches from highway driving-but without any sales pitch pressure. This is for the 8000 Sunset garage location. Not all that. Nice job on the exterior body shine and cleaning the carpets, but the rest of the interior left a bit to be desired. I had to go over everything myself and point out to them the things they missed. A customer should never have to do that. Still can't believe the inside of the rear windshield was not touched and was still filthy. How do you miss that? And dried water spots on the dashboard. And the wheels that I specifically asked to be cleaned were half-cleaned. I just wanted to get out of there so finished it at home myself. I realized it minutes after they left but they refused to come back. low performance and worst customer service ever. stay away. Julian, as a follow up to your response, your assertion is totally inaccurate. You argued that removing those marks required acid treatment and buffering and extra charge. I told you that was not the case but you refused to send back your crew. I then wiped it clean myself and sent you the pictures supporting that the crew just didn't clean it. You stopped responding to my msg after that. You should have fixed the sloppy job by your crew but instead you came out with this BS of acid treatment and buffering to avoid sending back your crew. I came to Eco Mobile at their Sunset Blvd location to get an interior detail for my car. I had spilled something in it the week before and there was a faint smell that I wanted to get out. Not only were they able to get the smell out but also there was an old stain in my back seat (probably close to 2 yrs old) that I thought I was never going to get out and they got it out!!! Incredible. I love that the Sunset location is in the middle of the shopping center. While I waited for my car I was able to grab a bite to eat and do some shopping. I did go on a Saturday and there were clearly busy but I was still able to get my car back in about 90 mins to 2hrs. Overall it was a great experience! Highly recommend. read more

The stars are for the actual workers who cleaned my car. Did they an impeccable job. Zero complaints. If it wasn't for the manager, this would be a 5 star review. The manager, on the other hand... hmm. As I was walking back to get my car, he was having a clearly negative conversations with one of the workers and was extremely rude to her. At first I wasn't sure because I had my headphones in, but as I walked close to them, it became evident. Now, it bears mentioning the worker he was berating was a woman of color and the manager was a white-presenting male. It felt very much influenced by those factors.... trusting my intuition here. To be frank, I would love to be able to go there again, but I cannot in good conscience go to a business that treats their workers like that, especially in front of customers. I don't care what the circumstances were - there's a right way of dealing with a situation where you as a manager are unhappy with the work your workers are doing that is respectful to the worker and meets your needs as the manager to deal with that. read more

Today Lauro and Marcos tackled the van that is normally parked outside, which had pet hair and kid snacks all over the inside, and they made it look like new!!
