Worth it!! This is my first time. I'm temporarily out of work and disabled -- so bending down to clean isn't an option for me anymore. I reached out for a quote, focusing on vacuuming the interior of my VERY DIRTY car... I have a white cat, so unfortunately the seats were covered my hair & pet fur. He got back to me in a few hours, and was available to come over the next day. Unfortunately, it ended up raining, so we pushed it a few days later. I was impressed that he texted me the morning of our raincheck to confirm that he was coming over. I really appreciate being able to text back and forth -- instead of playing traditional phone tag. Since I'm on a limited income, I was *hoping* for a package less than $100... But my car was SO overdue for a deep cleaning, I knew he might need more once he saw it in person. On the day we were able to quickly negotiate a compromise - between the 2nd package "Express detail $100" & 3rd package "Executive Full detail $235". I ended up paying about ~$150 (for going the extra mile to de-fur my seats). I specifically asked if he could vacuum my trunk/door area too, which was full of dust and leaves. It feels good supporting a local, instead of paying mostly the owner of a car wash. And he comes to YOU! I didn't keep track of time, but it seemed to take about 3 hours to finish. We did a brief walk thru of the car as I paid via venmo and got my keys back. He left a few "new car smell" packets unopened (which i am grateful for bc I don't like that smell). The exterior looked great and shiny, but I was *much more concerned with the inside* feeling clean -- and it is! I hope to be able to book again soon. He was very respectful, flexible and easy to talk with. TL;DR You get to feel morally superior for supporting a small business. Plus, the detailing was worth every penny!! read more

I thought taking my previous GLE to the car wash for a "hand wash" was the way to best preserve the car's color and shine, but I was disappointed with how dull the car's exterior looked after a just a year and I always had to clean the wax off the lights and chrome. The dullness came from the really fine circular scratches on the paint and the extra cleaning I had to do came from the sloppy quick/dirty workmanship. I was so wrong about the hand car washes, which are really brush tunnels, at the local car wash facilities. NEW CAR, NEW APPROACH. I called Abdahl and I made the right choice for these reasons: 1. Convenience -- He was at my front door timely and I love that I didn't waste time watching the workers at the car wash. While he worked on the car, I did house chores. 2. Thorough cleaning -- Not just detailed, but thorough. He thoroughly cleaned the interior and exterior. He even vacuumed this cool lawn striping pattern onto the carpet. Not even the dealer's detailer will do that. Oh! And he left gummy treats as a thank you (my young nephews really enjoyed that part of the service). 3. Pricing -- Abdahl's quote is fair for the amount of work and time he puts into his craft. CRAFT, not work, CRAFT. He is so knowledgeable about the equipment and the chemical cleaners that he uses, and he will be more than happy to educate you on their uses. Awesome service ! My old rickety (but beloved) Toyota 4Runner has a new lease on life and I feel great driving it. Abdul showed up right on time with a truckload of tools and potions to coax the shine back in to my rig. He spent three full hours covering every interior spot too and I keep discovering sparking clean compartments and corners that previously were crammed with crumbs and dog hair. I've always been kind of embarrassed of my car's "lived in" state since it is a work truck and dog wagon but Abdul tackled it with great enthusiasm and made it look better than it has in years.
