My fave pedicures. Worth the price. The only place I can actually relax while getting a pedi. I'm usually offered water or hot tea when I arrive, the quiet environment and soothing music puts me in calm mood, and the massage chairs are heavenly. My daughter and I came here for a fun a girl's day to celebrate her birthday. It's nearby Somerset mall, which worked out well. I love that the salon is environmentally friendly. That's pretty rare to find in a spa/salon. As others have mentioned, the polish selection was huge! We were almost a half hour late for our appointment because of construction, but they were able to accomodate us with no problem at almost noon on a Saturday. The main reason for my 5 star review, is that I got a regular manicure and it lasted 10 days! At home my manis last all of 2 or 3 days before they start chipping (which is why 90% of the time I have bare nails). With this one, I only noticed a very small chip at about a week, but not enough to take off my polish till day 10. Impressive! My daughter's shellac is still going strong at 2 weeks. I noticed the special pedicure chairs and I was envious of those people laying back and getting foot massages! Next time I'm in the area I might get both a manicure and pedicure here. read more

I've had wonderful service here for over 6 years. I don't have a specific technician, and have had good outcomes from everyone but some are definitely better than others. I love the environment of this nail salon. It's so relaxing with soft lighting and peaceful music. You're not greeted with the harsh smell of chemicals when you walk in the door. Everything in the salon appears to be very clean and all nail tools have been sterilized. They also do a great job with your nails. I highly recommend getting a pedicure here. I normally only leave business reviews if I have a bad experience, but I LOVE Eco Nails. The started coming here regularly since August of 2017. I've been to both locations, but I definitely prefer the Maple Rd one better. All the employees are very professional. The salon is very clean as well. The massage pedicure chairs are amazing! I nearly fall asleep every time I come in for pedicure because it is so relaxing. I am extremely picky with my nails. I have never walked out feeling like that wasted money on a crappy manicure. All of the technicians I've had did a great job with no complaints. Some of the most memorable are Dayla and Alexis. I am so sad I'm mixing out of state because I finally found a nail salon that is worth regularly coming into. Beautiful salon! I made an appointment ahead of time for a classic mani & pedi. I was seen right on time, almost no waiting. They had SO many color choices for polishes, and it was organized well so it didn't seem like an overwhelming amount. The nail tech that did my nails was professional and friendly, I wasn't feeling very chatty and she seemed to pick up on that and didn't try to force a conversation on me, however I felt that if I wanted to talk she would have. She did a great job on my nails, even took time to grab a white base because she said it would make my color pop more. The service itself was amazing, the classic mani and pedi came with more goodies than a deluxe mani/pedi at most places (and was cheaper too)! And the salon was beautiful and clean. I absolutely love this nail salon! Apparently, so does everyone else so I would definitely recommend making an appointment over walking in, as walk-ins are hard to come by. I've been numerous times now for a pedicure and each time I get the same great experience. They start by asking if you'd like water or tea, then you get to pick an essential oil to go in your foot bath. The pedicure chairs are have a nice massage feature and they are also zero gravity, which is very cool and relaxing. They choose top nail polish brands, which I really appreciate because the color lasts for weeks on my toes. The price is very fair and I would say average for pedicures ($30 for the basic which is usually what I get), but for above average service and salon environment. read more

I've had more than a few) The space is clean and serene - essential oil diffusers fill the air with calming fragrances; the paint, decor, and lowered lighting set an upscale scene. Their wall of polishes is truly extensive, and stocked with every color you could want. I've enjoyed the middle- and top-tier pedicures, and both are as luxurious as it gets. The techs are thorough and skilled, and seem to take their time. The foot baths and chairs are incredible, and the chairs even recline for the foot and leg massage. This is the point in the pedicure that I put my phone down, close my eyes, and bask in heavenly relaxation. I've paid $30-40 for what I call "fast food pedicures" before. You know the type, the 10-minute whirlwind pedi where you haven't even figured out the controls on the massage chair before you're being ushered to the counter to pay. That's not my style. ahhhhhh. I am always on the lookout for an amazing pedicure and I think I found my new favorite place! Eco nails specializes in natural spa manicure/pedicures. No acrylic nails are preformed here. Know what that means? It means that it actually smells like a spa in here vs. that nasty chemical smell. Eco nails is SUPER clean. The place is basically sparkling. My pedicure was fabulous. Every pedi bath has a sanitary bag that is changed after every service. Also the chairs are WONDERFUL. Once you soak your feet they lean completely back so you are basically laying down while someone massages your feet. Let me just tell you - AH-MAZ-ING. There is even a room in the back where they are constantly sanitizing the implements. As far as the pedicure goes - it was fabulous. They sprinkle essential oils in the water so it smells great and the massage portion was actually like a massage instead of someone just slapping on some lotion. My technician did a wonderful and it was uber-relaxing. I think I found my new pedicure spot! I would recommend calling ahead. Got a shellac manicure & pedicure ($60) and LOVE the pedi chairs, so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Nice that they have a free rewards program so you can earn points towards services. DEFINITELY BOOK AN APPOINTMENT!! They said they try to fit people in the best they can put having appointments helps maintain the relaxed & organized atmosphere-- which I appreciate in a nail salon. I love this salon. My experience there has been always wonderful. All the employees (technician, receptionist, and manager) are very professional, friendly, and considerate. I always make appointments. If I have to change my appointments, they all go out of their way to accommodate me. My favorite technician is Wendy. Almost all my appointments were with her. Wendy is skillful, very professional, and artistic. If I request something, Wendy takes her time to accommodate my requests. I have to admit I am quite picky with my nails and manicure. Excellent and comfortable nail salon with very affordable prices! I recently got a pedicure and had a relaxing experience with my nails turning out great. There is a huge selection of nail polish colors to choose from. All of the staff members were kind and helpful when I had questions. I suggest asking your nail tech (if they haven't already mentioned it) to add a little of their lavender essential oil to the pedicure bath -- it smells absolutely wonderful. I also recommend telling your nail technician if you'd like your nails cut or just filed. I didn't want the pedicure to be over so soon! Just a sidenote: I understand that Econails is advertised as an American salon, but most of their nail techs seem to be immigrants with English names. For some techs, there may still be a language barrier, but some techs also are very fluent. This is definitely not a bad thing! Definitely schedule ahead because they book up and when you experience eco nails you understand why! But are still accommodating! I always get a shellac mani and a standard pedi which is around $60. Some may say that's pricey, but the pedicures are the best I have ever had. They take their time, and are very relaxing! You'll want to buy those massage chairs for your home it is so nice! As a MOH I booked the wedding party's nails here about 2 weeks in advance. They accommodated our party and were absolutely wonderful! Each girl was able to be seen right away at our appointment time. The spa was so clean, the staff was very professional and their pricing was so worth what you received in service! I wish they had a location closer to my home!! This is how all spas should be run. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure with Wendy. Wow, I was so impressed with her attention to every detail. I tried changing it up with a matte top coat however, I was kinda disappointed that it kind of looked lumpy possibly from the amount of coats she did but lesson learned for the future to just ask for less. Currently have on a shellac French pedicure from OCTOBER 16 that is flawless. Hasn't chipped at all and I still get compliments on it. I also currently have on a shellac manicure from November 10th with NO CHIPS. It's perfect. And whenever I go in for a polish change the longest part of the process is getting the old shellac off my nails because it is applied so perfectly. I had my first appointment today at Eco Nails and it won't be my last. The experience was wonderful, and the price was fair for a mani pedi with shellac. My only somewhat negative comments are that the hand massage at the end of my manicure was fast and felt rushed and that the place could use a coat of new paint, the entryway and walls show their age. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area, every nail tech working was professional and kind. Shannon did a great job and was very thorough with my pedicure and I loved the leg and foot massage! I also appreciated that they have a separate room for sterilization and that they line their pedicure bowls. Really clean and modern place! The mani station is one long connected table which makes it really great when you go with your friend since you don't have to yell across the entire salon to talk to each other. The staff is super neat and careful, they seem to ensure that you get the most out of your appointment, great quality shellac polish and lots of color choices! Only thing that was kind of strange - we went in for a mani/pedi on Wednesday. We didn't have an appointment, so it makes sense they told us they could fit us in for a mani but not a pedi. They were super accommodating and offered a pedi polish change instead of full pedi while they waited for the next client. While we were waiting for nails to dry, the salon wasn't super busy. Maybe 3 people getting pedis and 4 getting manis. It seems kind of empty but no more staff to do pedis. Maybe it's the holiday season, maybe it's that it's a new location, but adding a few people to staff could allow for more walk-ins, I just saw them turn people down. My advice, definitely visit this place but make sure you make an appointment! read more

Fantastic service!! Just had my first mani/pedi since the Covid lockdown. I felt very safe, everyone was doing a wonderful job of social distancing. They have blocked every other chair and everyone was wearing a mask. They have plexiglass up to provide distance at the manicure stations as well as the amazing pedicure chairs. how the heck have i missed this place the past two years i've lived in the area?! i have been searching long for a nice salon to get a shellac manicure and just so happen to pass by on my way to walmart. of course i yelped it for reviews and saw so many glowing reviews of this place. i decided to give it a shot and made an appointment for a friday. this place is not your typical nail salon. there are NO acrylics, which is a good thing because the smell isn't bad. it's a very calm and relaxing environment, and they have signs for people to limit their cell phone conversation which is great. all of the girls here are very sweet. chin was quick with my shellac manicure and did an excellent job. i normally do my pedicures at home because i am extremely ticklish and my feet are sensitive. however, i think i am gonna HAVE to try a pedicure next time. their pedicure area is so quiet and quaint that i just know i would enjoy it. look no further if you're in need of a nice, clean salon with people who actually care about their customers and treat them well! read more

Very sad that i am having to write this review, but as of recent, the customer service at Eco Nails has left much to be desired. In the past, Eco was my favorite nail salon ever, hands down THE BEST. Now when I make appointments, my favorite technicians are no longer employed and when I try other techs, they are running behind, up to 15/20 minutes.....why make an appointment? I tried to make a late appointment because I will be driving from work and the receptionist said I couldn't come at 6:15pm because they close at 7:00pm, yet they don't mind making customers wait?! I've always loved the service I received here. The ladies are engaging & very friendly. My last time I went was ok. My technician even commented on what a good job she did. Today I noticed that the polish had lifted off my nail. I was told the last time this happened, not to call just to walk in. So I did. My technician was busy with someone, so I walked up to her and showed her my nail. Her response was oh ok. So I took a seat and waited my turn. I was waiting 10 min before I was called. I get it everyone's busy. The technician I got looked at my nail and said "The polish is not coming of. My nail is broken." My response was no it's pulling away from my nail. She again said, " No your nail is broken" I then said look & pulled the polish off . She then said oh ok and wrapped my nail. Then I had a different technician clean off the polish & applied the polish. She was going to put a second coat of top coat on but then a walk in had come in so she moved on to her. I realize she's doing my technician a favor by correcting the problem but really? I would have said something to her but I had had it by this time. I had given my technician a $20 tip for my original service. I guess I gave her too much. My bad. read more
