Great job! Great price! Full service. It much else to say but I'm gonna do it anyway... Kim was great. Our appt was set for Friday, she called and said she was available earlier. Came on Thursday and did a very thorough job. We just rescued Lily from a breeder and she hadn't been treated very well. She's a 4yr old pure parti poodle. Beautiful girl but was in rough shape with double ear infections, nails that might never have been trimmed, coat a mess. She need some TLC after we took her to the vet to her squared away. As you can tell in the pic, she wasn't too happy with us but she's gotta a lot of normal living to get used to. She's very timid but Kim was able to get her right in the trailer and spent a good hour and a half with her. She came out looking great and hopefully she'll perk up soon now that she's gotten some loving.
I am updating this review to a 1 star because Sean called me back on March 25th apologizing for this mishap. He said he was willing to give me a discount and have Juan come out again to groom my dog. Juan was set to come on Monday, but Sean called me back again and asked if Juan can come Tuesday since Monday was too busy. I agreed and Sean said Juan will be punctual and assured me that there will be no slip ups. Well guess what......Today is Tuesday and they were a NO SHOW AGAIN. They sure know how to treat their customers. I wish new clients the best of luck with this business.
It's unfortunate that I'm having to update this review *again* but I feel there are issues that need to be addressed. Eric and Stacey are wonderful to work with and you can tell Stacy enjoys her job and loves dogs. Unfortunately, her staff does not seem to match what I would imagine is the vision of her business. I made an appointment a week in advance on Saturday, June 12 and was confirmed for an end of the day appointment for 5:45 with Kaylee. She ends up sending me a text at 5:40 saying she would be a few hours late because she was working with a difficult dog and that she could *try* to make it to my house by 7:30pm but it could be as late as 9 pm and mentions it would be easier to reschedule. She then tells me that she can fit him in on the 26th....? I told her he couldn't wait that long because it's hot and he's uncomfortable. She said she'd fit him in on Monday. I texted her back right away asking what time she could fit him in. No response. Its now 1:22 on on Monday and still no response. I can't put my schedule on hold expecting her to show up so, from now on I will be taking my dogs elsewhere. It's unfortunate because Stacey and Eric were so sweet about the first mishap with Oliver but their staff does not share the same amount of professionalism.
There are too many small business groomers who would appreciate your business to settle for this service. I am so disappointed. I reached out for an appointment a week in advance and was quoted $75. I should have taken it as the first red flag when no one contacted us to confirm - even up until the day of. I had to reach out twice to get a response, and when I asked what forms of payment are accepted I never got a reply. While unprofessional, we were still optimistic. The second red flag was when our groomer arrived and didn't really make much effort to be friendly. She wasn't necessarily rude, but definitely had a "just another day on the job" attitude. We were also dissatisfied with her lack of interest or suggestions when we communicated our worries about our pup having sensitive skin. We've had bad experiences in the past and just wanted some reassurance. We didn't get it. The grooming took about 45 minutes which is very time efficient, the mobile trailer was convenient, and at first glance we thought our pup looked great. However, we were charged $80 which isn't too big of a deal because it wasn't a big difference from what we were quoted, but exact pricing is good to know if you're paying in cash + is simply more professional. What drove us to say "never again" was when we noticed a dig into our pups skin right around her eye area. It looks as if the groomer used too much force or wasn't being careful - and the little cut is right below our pups eye. If it were any closer, who knows what damage it could have done to her actual eye. Just imagining how scared our girl must have been alone in the truck with someone who she didn't know after being hurt breaks my heart and is enough to lose our trust forever. The experience definitely could have been worse, but it also could have been much, much better. Like I said, there are too many local options of groomers who will give superior service to settle for sub-par. I'm not sure what the name of our groomer was because she never introduced herself (also unprofessional) but this was at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 24th in Murrieta for the pet "Roxi."
Well, I am writing an update as to the type of company that EcoPaw is... they stand up to their brand. As from my previous post of poor service provided by a groomer, I was contacted by one of the owners, who wanted to right a wrong. The "right" was performed by Ivy, who did an excellent job on both my fur babies, now they both look as if they were groomed and loved! Thank you!
This was our first time using a mobile groomer. Are dogs don't need trimming but with two of them it makes it hard to take them somewhere, especially when you have a breed that can't be left. Eco Paw Spa made this so easy!! We were concerned how our big dog would feel about a stranger coming to our home as he is territorial but he LOVED Jessica and didn't want her to leave. We were shocked. Both dogs were beautifully groomed all while I was inside cooking. A win win! I will definitely schedule again!! Thank you.
Jessica @ Eco Paw Spa did a fantastic job on our golden retriever, this was the first time we had ever used a mobile groomer and this certainly won't be the last. We plan on using Eco Paw Spa from now on. Booking our dogs appointment was simple and easy. Jessica was very polite and obviously knows what she's doing, our dog loved her! My baby 3 legged dog is so picky. She freaks out at anything or anyplace that reminds her of a veterinary location or their staff. What a difference, from my prior attempts at all the big chain pet food stores, or coldly clinical ver offices...... No, something different, special, and at my doorstep just makes perfect sense.... and for the record, the owner just might be the hardest working sweetheart I've run across in a few. Her other guy was cool too, they all transmit her positive and calm demeanor, perfect for pet owners with timid pets like mine... Stacy even took it to a different level with a great photo of my fur baby and Santa Clause for our scrapbook of best memories ever!

I reached out three weeks ago to get my dog services. ID met Eric by passing a street several months back, and he added me to his schedule that day. When he arrived, he asked to use my water to fill his tank, which I obliged since he was fitting me in. Mind you, I don't know how much water he needed, but I do know I pay money for my water each month. He did his job, and I paid him with a great tip. Months later, i.e. 3 weeks ago, I finally found his number on my phone since I didn't have a card or remembered the name of the business. I requested if he could share his website and possibly booking site. Nothing for 3+ weeks. Then, out of the blue, a message returned yesterday signed off by Stacy. Apologizing and implying they would be happy to come out if it was still needed. I'd been traveling a bit and was just back and stated as much. I said yes, I would also like to know if they were actually available this weekend. They replied, yes if I could do Sunday afternoon. Again, I replied Yes and requested a time on Sunday. No answer. No answer that afternoon. No answer later that evening when I pinged again to request a time the next day. There was no answer today, Sunday, when I made another request as to time they would be here. Unprofessional. Inconsiderate. Devaluement of my time. I sent a last reply asking why they would bother to reach back out if they (Eric or Stacy or whomever) had no intentions of answering me or servicing my puppy. CAUTION: They hurted my dogs! NEGLIGENCE: Let the pictures do the talking for you. Booked an appointment with Stacy and she also came with her husband... FIRST of all, they are always late but, the biggest disappointment is that I trusted them with my babies. I don't mind paying more for professional groomers but, unfortunately they are not professional and this experience has broken my heart. A couple of YEARS ago, it started out great and I thought Stacy was the best groomer I ever found. Now it's all gone downhill from here... This was the WORST grooming experience my little Buddy has ever gone through. I noticed scratches right away on the side of his body and texted Stacy about it. She apologized and said that it was an accident and that these scratches don't hurt the dog. She also said she LOVES my dogs! Well, if you LOVE my dogs then, how can you let this happen? Actions speak louder than words. I noticed on the SECOND day that Buddy kept licking behind his front leg and decided to take a look! It was such a deep cut that he kept licking through the whole night! I booked an appointment with the VETERINARIAN and I am willing to pay whatever it costs to get him healed ASAP. I texted her the picture of the deep cut and didn't get a reply so I felt the need to WARN others. I'm really upset and sad at the same time. These puppies are not just animals. They are FAMILY whom we share very close, most loving and beautiful memories with everyday! They are so close and dear to us that they even follow us into the bathroom and bring the ball with them too. I read the other 1 star REVIEWS about them not showing up and thought they were all lucky that they didn't show up. What has been done cannot be undone. But, I do hope that this situation can be prevented in the future. I'm always cheering for businesses to do well so let's all hope and pray for the best. read more

We had a great experience! My dog is a little difficult but she handled him great. I love being able to be there too since it's a mobile spa. My dog looks great, he's clean, he smells amazing and she got all of his undercoat out which was great because he was shedding, his hair was dreading and he wouldn't let me brush it. Overall it was a wonderful experience and my fiancé is very picky with how our dog looks after grooming and he was very pleased! read more

Got to update my review, I absolutely love and appreciate a great business like Eco Spa. They are mobile yet there prices are very competitive. I'm also sorry that Ginger nipped you a bit ! (Forgot your name). Unlike other groomers that charge you extra for anal glands, nail clipping, and teeth brushing, Eco packages it all in their price. I'm not bringing my dog anywhere else anymore. read more

Our 7month golden doodle puppy got her first haircut with Eric today, and we couldn't be happier. He was so kind and did a beautiful job. Grooming is not the easiest thing to do so hats off to you! I would 10/10 recommend eco paw spa. Our puppy came out beautiful, smelling so good, and super happy. Thank you again for taking the time to see us! Can't wait until next time. We've had our dogs groomed by Eco Dog Spa twice now, and had them groom our friend's dogs while she was visiting from out of town. They are a professional and talented team. Their style is impeccable and they are wonderful at putting nervous dogs at ease. Our oldest has had terrible experiences with groomers. But, when Stacy is done with him, he comes back perky and happy, like he just had fun romp in the park! This is far better than any pet salon we have ever experienced! read more

Extremely satisfied customer! We recently moved to Fallbrook and had to find a new groomer after 25 yrs. it's difficult to find good groomers for our breed of dogs. We've been through several and finally found a good fit. My girls had the best grooming experience. Stacy is kind and gentle . Her appearance is professional, van was clean and orderly. This was our first time booking her to groom our girls. She took time to create trust and they took to her right away. She's very meticulous with her cuts and my girls were extremely clean. I've had shitzu's for 30 yrs and Stacy is very experienced . My girls are teddy bear cut which gives them puppy faces. We will be booking out every 6 weeks for the next 6 months!
