Hate to do this because I haven't even gone but by not replying to a potential customer even if you give them the answer they don't want like we are full not accepting new clients would be nice. Or take you business off yelp. I have two gsd and I have gone to several groomers not happy with any of them except one in Carlsbad. But it's too much of a hull from Temecula I wish with all this growth Temecula was getting we would get some better businesses higher end ones. read more

Chose this place due to the wonderful reviews on yelp after one of my fur babies had an injury at our previous groomers. Walked in and the receptionist was so pleasant! Helped me to get their rabies info from the veterinary office because I misplaced the paperwork. She then went on to ask me everything that I wanted in detail. She walked over and took the time to meet Lola and Lawson and it wasn't rushed at all. When I went in to pick them up the pups were being played with! So sweet! The haircuts are beyond adorable.. pretty sure we found our new Spaw :) Ohhhh and initially I declined the teeth brushing while making the online appointment and I'm soooooo glad she suggested it again. My vet told me they needed to be sedated for a deep cleaning so I was thinking why bother with tooth brushing... but my pups needed it so bad. They had very heavy plaque build up and give me a hard time at home but when I got in and looked their teeth over I am literally shocked.. speechless!!!! This was my first time here, but my favorite groomer Julia works here. She's the only one who makes my doggie look so beautiful every time and she loves animals. She wants to make your dog look exactly how you want and definitely make you happy. Being that the place is new it's kind of hard to find. When you enter the parking lot it's on the left side and just has a banner up for now. It's in the same parking lot as the Temecula event center. The place looks like a hair salon for dogs inside. It's so cute. As usual, I left my dog there for about three to four hours and they text me when she was ready to go. When I picked her up, she was playing inside the playpen by herself and she seemed so happy. She looked wonderful and the cost seems reasonable and less than what I've paid at other places. This is a plus. They also took a picture of my dog and gave it to me when I picked her up. It's a unique touch. I'd highly recommend. read more

I didn't know this place existed until a got a Groupon. I took my Schnoodle to get his normal schnauzer cut and I have to say....they did a beautiful job. They even got his paws perfect even though he is very squirrely about them. What I like most about this place is that they have playpens in the back that you can see when you walk in. It was nice walking in to see Charlie in the playpen rather than in a back room stuck in a who knows what size kennel until I can get to him. It's not too close to my house but the benefit to my dogs' happiness far outweigh the extra miles. I'll definitely bring him back. read more

The only reason I brought my two dogs here was because of Julia. She is awesome with my dogs and they love her. My Aussie, Chloe , is very picky and doesn't like a lot of people but she loves Julia . Chloe got her nails trimmed and her little Aussie wiggle butt brushed out and she behaved great for Julia. I was very impressed because Chloe has never been to a groomer before. Julia made Chloe feel at ease and was really great with her! Julia bathed, brushed and trimmed the nails on my other dog, Lucy. Lucy is a rescue mixed breed that was in desperate need of a serious spa day! Julia did a great job on Lucy and Lucy loved every minute. I highly recommend Julia for all your pets grooming needs. She is patient, caring and very loving toward what ever animal she is tending to. The facility was very clean and it even had little doggy cots for them to lay on while they wait to be picked up or to be groomed. Love this place! I had taken my dog to petsmart to get groomed a few months ago and they burned him with a hot razor. He was so scared and apprehensive to go to the groomers. He was shaking so bad when I walked him in. The owner of pet spaw was so kind and sweet. I told her what happened and she came and sat with him for 20 minutes before we left just calming him down and getting him to trust her. She took such good care of him. Gave him little play breaks throughout his grooming. We got a package that included a teeth cleaning (100% worth it) his teeth came out amazing. Big visible difference. The perfect Pet Spaw is as good as it gets!! I followed Jen from her former employer because she is the best groomer my Aussie has ever had. Jen has been grooming Jack for the last 7 years. She does an absolutely amazing job with him and he just adores her!!! She has quite a job thinning out his undercoat and keeping his cut short. It's perfect every time!! The icing on the cake is that Jack is not shoved into a small kennel in a back room some where but is put in a play pen. The fear of going to the dog groomer is no more!!
