Rex, our 95 lb. 8 yr old long haired shepherd, who everyday seems like he could shed his weight in hair needed coiffed by a professional. Saw Zen Grooming's truck in front of neighbors house across the way & decided to walk over and introduce Rex. Daryl came out, met us and showed us there were still friendly, helpful groomers in the world giving us their card & suggesting in a few weeks when back grooming neighbors dog they could schedule Rex for right after. Being out of town day of appt. Ivy was super nice to offer walking down to our property & over to house to pick up Rex from my 88 yr old dad, who would've had difficult time taking Rex over himself.
